Ortan Thaig fell in the Exalted Age during the blight which places that date between 5:12 and 5:20. Even if we suppose Orta was born at the beginning of the dragon age that's still 388 to 380 years.
Meaning the three generations preceeding Orta, including her Great Grandmother, would have to live an average of between 129.3 and 126.3 years each. And that isn't taking into account the fact that her ancestor was in training at the time and not a baby.

Her Great Grandmother and her husband, that seems to be quite name specific, like a family tree.
It's even worse than that... it's not living on average 129-126 years... it's 129-126 years on average until having a child. For the math to go together, they must all be fertile into well beyond s human's lifespan and could easily mean a lifespan of some 250-300 years if it's anything remotely like humanity...
I'll concede the point however, the mention of the husband well dismisses my objections on that account. Now it definantely must be her full name (and her husbands).
It raises a few annoying questions though...
How come noone remembered where the thaig was if it's just been 4 generations since...
How come Orta's grandmother's word was not good enough for the shaperate/assembly?
How come noone ever noticed that dwarves seems to live akin to 10 human generations and metnioned it?
and worst of all... how did Orta's relatives in Ortan thaig that were mentioned 400 years ago handle the fact that orzammar abandoned everything outside it's own walls 1000 years ago?
And how come Vartag Gavorn claims the 4th blight was 16 dwarven generations ago?
