I just an EMail from EA Support telling me that my Dragon Age 2 order got canceled because there was no payment., requiring me to click on a link that leads to findmyorder.com which is already a weird adress and it requires me to enter my order code, my mail and my password. Needless to say that I refuse to do that.
I bought the game last month in a sale on Origin and haven't played it yet.
Now, the game is still on my account, but the EMail knows the order number, which is the same as in the mail I got after I paid. I paid via a german payment provider, sofort.de, which deducts the money from your account immediatly.
It also got paid correctly.
What do you guys think?
Is this fishing or is this serious?

If it smells like bad fish, it probably is.

Well, the problem is, I checked the mails header multiple times and it seems to be a legit mail from EA, also GMail is not complaining about fishing. Normally GMail is very reliable when it comes to phishing.

Contact EA support directly, then.
