She cant be 85 pounds. if she did she'd be bone skinny. She has some meat on her. You have to even out her height and weight which is why I say 110. If not 110 maybe 100.

Her arms are alarmingly thin. I estimate that she is no more than 100, probably 90-95lb.

I think all of the DA:O characters were so well casted they'd kill it if they ever changed their VAs tbh.

And wasn't there a rumour floating around somewhere that she was returning?

Only in the English original version. In the German version e.g. Morrigan has the same voice actor like Liara.
On the other hand, Leliana has the German voice of Angelina Jolie.

It would be a shame if Morrigan looked amazing, was an amazing character in the game, but her voice was changed so it throws everything off.

The number of "important" characters whose voices have been changed is relatively small (Anders I think being the most notable), I suspect there are some that they would absolutely avoid changing unless they had a very serious need. If I had to guess, that would at least include Morrigan, Flemeth, Loghain, and Alistair. Probably Leliana.

Really, when it comes to the various companions (of the Warden and Hawke), I think it's fairly unlikely that any will be changed. I believe Anders was changed because it was the same voice actor as Cullen, and people like Isabela and Merrill had only been minor parts. I could be wrong, but I don't think most of the others have voiced multiple characters.

Your correct in the reasoning as to why Anders VA was changed, and it was the same reason Isabela's was changed, since she was voiced by the same VA as Queen Anora. I figure Merril was changed because they wanted the Dalish to have different accents and since Merril was such a minor character no one would mind a voice change.

I have no doubt that Claudia will come back as Morrigan (if she is indeed in DA3), hell, she was a minor character in Mass effect 2 & 3 so she's probably accustomed to working with Bioware by now.

Damn it, now the Leliana Morrigan arguments have probably been set into motion...

As you can probably see I'm a Leliana fan but her appearing as the Divine's #1 bodyguard despite my epilogue made me a sad panda. I'd rather I hear she said "furk you Divine" then found my Warden and was never seen again tbh.

Morrigan on the other hand I really do think we should see again. Too many questions...

So much hype from Morrigan and her Old god baby the thing is that i didnt even sleep whit her  or let loghain do it i  stayd faithful to leliana, so there better not be a random unwanted child in D:I lol
