Come on you both. Both of them are excellent characters. But to say that fury's survivability is low is just wrong. I guess one would have to put out proper parameters for best. a well played Jugg is really good except you can add a number of minutes more to most games time wise.
People look down on GJ, hate them for being crutchy,

I haven`t failed a single game with GJ so far with PuGs and that says something.
I don't hate the GJ for being a crutch (although playing him exclusively in PUGs is going to hinder your development as a player), he's a fine kit that has certain good characteristics. But the fact is he doesn't allow me to do anything I can't do with any other kit, and can't pace a high speed, high DPS kit like the Fury.
but this thread is about the Fury, not the GJ.
I think the Fury is the best character in the game.

That's not quite accurate.
The N7 Fury is a mook-obliterator, while the Asari Valkyrie is a boss-killer. The Valkyrie's defuffing, while fantastic, has Diminished Returns on mooks, as they are killed easily anyway. The Valkyrie's Warp has twice the CoolDown duration as the N7 Fury's Throw, which makes the N7 Fury MUCH faster at clearning the map off of mooks.
Both kits are absolutely fantastic. And you should see an N7 Fury and Asari Valkyrie duo (both being played very efficiently, of course).

GJ especially better because he does not care if 3 players are dead or not while infiltrators are bit more sensitive about existence of distraction.

95% of my games are PUGs. I get what you're saying - he makes surviving a lot easier. I'm not arguing that. Fwiw, I very, very rarely have to solo an objective, because I keep my team alive. I can't really do that with a Juggernaut.

From what I've seen in valk vs fury is that the valk can win only if abusing the warp incendiary glitch, just because the fury is much faster and can rush to spawns well before the valk. If i wanted to take speed in AF I'd take the fury as well.tetsutsuru wrote...

You do make a good point on the differences between the two, however the Fury destroys mooks only fractions of a second faster than a well played Valkryie.
Yes, the Fury can trigger explosions faster ...but my style with the Valkryie is to get to the new formed spawn, trigger your BE to stun and damage all, then finish with the Reegar/Warp combo ... a spray of the area finishes all the mooks off ... (Yes lolreegar -- flame shield activated)
Both character wipe out spawns in moments, but I just like the versatility which comes with debuffing bosses, as that is more critical than being able to quickly wipe out mooks, which most (if not all) kits are capable of in skilled hands

You can blame Moongjee for that... his display with the melee Fury was pretty inspiring. It was so much more badass than "Walk, throw, walk, throw, dark channel, throw, walk, throw".

I like the Valkyrie more as well. She's tougher, has a stronger melee, and is a hard counter against bosses and armor, which is really what the game revolves around. I'd say she has an advantage over the Fury when it comes to Geth as well, but I can't quite put my finger on why.
But yeah, the Fury is a bigger scorewh0re, if only because she can get to areas quicker.
