Do I need meshplorer too?
I know you're busy and sorry for the noob problem, but honestly this is the first time I get my hands on me3explorer and texmod x.x

Hey Getorex, just want to ask, you don't need texmod tu run this mod, right? (texmod virgin detected! -.-' .. ) I downloaded EDI/EVA and Miranda and EDI still have her old foot design (like she's tiptoeing while wearing flipflops) is it meant to be there or I'm screwing up something ?

You don't need textmod to run the MOD files. Just download ME3 explorer, open it up and then follow the instructions OP has laid out.

Am also trying to mod Ashley's armour as well. Specifically am trying to mod it such that she is able to wear the N7 helmet (without the breather), so that we can see her facial animations.
Would it be to much to ask for a mod such like this?

By the way, the links are dead.

They may have been, but I've just downloaded all the mods without issuesurvivor_686 wrote...

And finally got caught up enough to de-lurk and show my appreciation for all the hard work you are putting into getting mesh mods to work @Getorex. Loving what you are doing with all the characters so far (though I have grabbed the Liara mod as is now in order to not have the decreased breasts version, what can I say
Am following this thread with interest to see how much you are able to get done - especially getting Adam into the game, that would be awesome!
Now if only JeanLuc71 was up to converting all his fantastic textures to mod files, it'd me modding nirvana.

Among my earlier attempts at editing, I did work on her helmet to tryand increase the visor size and decrease the breather so you could see more face. Doing adjustments to the helmet wrecked her face texture mapping. I assume it still does but the material mapping function that WarrantyVoider added should make it possible to fix that issue. When I get the kinks out of my current mods (the tshirt edit for Ashley is being difficult...weighting issues causing oddities in her animation when talking).
Making a mod of your helmet edit would be as simple as it is to make them for mine.

I'll give them a check and fix as needed.
I just did a quick check and didn't find any dead links...when did you try them last?
I have not been able to check the two romance bodies (Ash and Liara) as I don't have a conveniently located save or haven't done a Liara romance game. Please let me know of any issues.

I have been trying to get both Ash and Liara to be built more closely like they were in ME1, hence the nips and tucks.

I wonder... How ME2 classy hair looks in ME3? When I tried to use it, it crashed the game and I didn't have time to tinker with it at that time (and can't test it at the moment, still away from my PC).
I'm not sure what classy hair from ME2 is. As for crashing the game I'd bet it has to do with weighting and would need to be skin wrapped with an appropriate hair from ME3 to work.

I could do that but sadly I'm 200km away from my PC (using my phone). It's in the female hair package, it should be really easy to find using umodel. Biog_hmf_ something hair/head related.
I'll look around.
Later...I got it. I'll play with it in between banging my head on the desk trying to get Ashley's hospital eye thing corrected.

My first try at testing it on Ashley in the hospital didn't crash the game but it didn't display properly. I get that a lot with Ashley in the hospital and am not sure why. Most of the altenative hairs I've tried are goofy - lots of transparent portions so you see her scalp underneath, this even though the normals are all as they should be. You can try the hair yourself on your femshep or whomever when you get back to your PC. I'll make the psk available for download in a bit.

Throw out the request and I can give it a shot.
As soon as anyone knows whether Ashley or Liara's romance body mod works in game please let me know.

The hospital specifically has a lot of issues with the alpha. It has to do with the cast-light.
There are several other places in the game where this issue is very noticeable, like Javik's room on the Normandy.
It happens with CC hairstyles as well.

I had also just thought I'd found a faster and easier way to edit the female body meshes to correct the posture issue...and it IS easier and faster but while I hoped it would side-step any weighting issues, it does not. I re-did the hospital tshirt mesh edit by the new method and the results in game display somewhat worse weighting issues than my current released mod :-/

Feel free to whichever one you want.
Request 1: Modify the Blue armour helmet on Ashley Williams, so that the helmet she use the helmet without the breather (so that we can see her facial animations during gameplay and cutscenes)
Request 2: Modify The face used on the Blue Armour or Pink suit so that she sports the combat monocle similar to the one used by James Collector's edition armour
Request 3: A sort of guide to the mesh editing you used, so that others can partake in some modding goodness
I hope its not too much and I already used the mods you've listed.
