Try this and see if it fixes it:
In ME3explorer, go to Developer Tools -> TOC -> DLC TOCbin Updater
Then go to File, "Check and Rebuild SFAR", and navigate to the DLC in question's folder and run it, then try the game again
I don't get it. The mask texture SHOULD have been replaced throughout the game with the main game mod. If you've previously applied a texture mod that only address some pccs/uniforms, it could have bifurcated the (ridiculous) database so you have multiple entries for the mask texture (if you look for it in Texplorer) and as a result, the helmet mod didn't apply to those...or something to that effect. I will post the texture for the helmet soon and you could do a Texmod "replace largest texture" mod and manually apply the texture to those rogue textures.
Is anyone else having this issue?
