Which do you prefer?

If you don't know what I'm talking about, then the explanation is that Bioware originally called Spectre's Special Tactics And Reconaissence, aka S.T.A.R. operatives.

Personally, I wish they had stuck with STAR.

They didn't change the name, just the acronym. And Spectre sounds far better than Star.

STAR makes more sense as an acronym, SpecTRe is kinda pushing it, but I think the consensus is that Spectre sounds much more badass.

Haha I was thinking the exact same thing. Chris Redfield VS Shepard! But yea, Spectre is MUCH better IMO.
