Creating an exit to world map

I've been digging around in the single player campaign in the toolset looking for a way to create an exit from a custom made location, that exits to the world map. I haven't been able to figure this out, and any help would be appreciated.

I'm thinking its a trigger, or some waypoint tag that I couldn't find.:unsure:

It should be described on the map tutorial.

You should just need to set the PLC_AT_DEST_AREA_TAG for your transition object to "world_map"
