I seem to have hit some glitch here, the thug leader with the key for
carta hideout is dead, the body cannot be searched as it is gone,
and
i am left with no keys for the hideout..

Have you tried hitting the 'Tab' key (assuming you're on a PC)?

actually the console helped:) used the "orz_debug" to enter the hideout since the body was inaccessible.worked like a charm
