Hi i'm new to this forum and the Mass Effect Game,..i was wondering if anyone has this problem,..when i exit game play, then try to log out of ORIGIN,..I get a message telling me the game is still running, and i have to stop the game before i can log out! Is there another button i've missed somewhere? Can someone help me with this? Thanks! in advance. Tim

Do you exit the game normally (as in: menu -> exit game) or do you terminate the game otherwise (as in: Alt+F4 for example)?
The former can take a little moment to actually terminate all associated processes, so if you try and close Origin, Mass Effect might still be running an application which Origin then detects to give you this error message.
That however shouldn't be much of a problem because by the second time you try to close Origin Mass Effect should be properly closed already. Or is it a recurring error?

Hi Neofelis,...i exit through the games menu ->exit game! ..haven't tried Alt+F4. I'll try that suggestion the next time it happens,...Thanks for the help. Tim

Might want to check and see whether the game is showing under task manager.. it might just be that a process is still running and not gracefully closing down.
