I mean if she's already dead and Varric would rather be with a dead woman than my Inquisitor then...maybe I'll just help him along with that.

I'm pretty sure killing her would make him leave your party, or at least hate you. He's been in love with her for a very long time. If you still want to do it, power to you, but he's probably going to be none too happy with your Quizzy.

I just hope I can romance him as a Qunari. We would dance in the orleasian balls and never have to worry about stepping on each others feet because I've picked him up and he's like a foot off the ground.

That looks like pretty heavy armor. I wonder if that's part of his play style now? Having more constitution and whatnot. It could just be an aesthetic choice, but I dunno.

A few things: 

 

-Iron Bull looks scary as hell. That is seriously nightmarish. lol 

-Solas is really starting to make my LI planning difficult. A part of me hopes he isn't romanceable just so I don't have to choose between him and Dorian. 

-Varric looks cool and all, but where the hell is that chest hair?! That's like his thing! 

-The Inquisitor's armor sucks. Still hate it. Hope we aren't forced into wearing it during parts of the game.

Maybe this is a strange thing to notice but the patterning on the cloth and the armor is absolutely gorgeous. 

I know this is the the Varric appreciation thread but I can't help but oogle at Vivienne here. I just love her design. 

Wish I could see Iron Bull better, he's pretty obscured by the shadows...

One thing I've noticed is that all Inquisitor screenshots have the Inquisitor wearing that helmet to obstruct his face as much as possible no matter what armor he is wearing.

FINALLY! I can be part of a Varric tread! I just love that dwarf to bits and pieces^^ Several of my femHawkes went pining away for him... *lol*

 

Anyway, reason for writing this post: I'm not sure if anyone has noticed that yet, but that red cloth does look eerily similar to the cloth on the Hawke armour... Maybe that's just the fangirl in me talking, but that's what I thought when I watched the trailers through again *gg* I mean, theoretically (<- big emphasis here!) even though Varric was not an LI in DA2, it could be that Hawke gave the scarf to him when they parted ways... Does that really sound as cliché as I feel it does??? 

 

Anyway, thats my thought for the day...

 

Really glad I found this thread, I grow weary of the constant battles over why Cullen is the hottest Templar ever (which he isn't by the way^^) and this thread and all it's predecessors (did I even write that correctly?!) is a nice constant of calmness on a rough sea of anger that is the BSN on a daily basis *gg* Actually, I originally joined the BSN to have a chance to gush over Varric with other people^^ My friends are getting tired of the topic I think *lol*
