I think this is the a good time to remind everyone that Garrus Vakarian also said he wasn't into humans. And we all know how that turned out.

I've never heard about that line, I've heard about the "I never told her about you and me" but not the "I plead the fifth" one, that makes the game so much more fun to muse about. Do you have a source?

I dunno if we'll be seeing much Varric at E3, if the "meet the heroes" reveals are the companions they're gonna be demoing, as everyone suspects, then we probably won't be getting a lot of Varric.

 

That's not to say we won't be getting some...If there's gonna be any sort of trailer along with the demo I'll bet my Collector's Edition that Varric will get at least a few one liners for it. I kinda suspect they're trying to turn him into one of the faces of Dragon Age, along with the likes of Morrigan and Flemeth.

Varric will probably show up, but he'll be sharing the stage with Sera for now. After all, she just got revealed and they'll be wanting to capitalize on that. I hope we at least get to see him for half of the demo.

Not much Varric at all in the trailers, guess some one's gonna be getting my Collector's Edition. 

 

Though to be fair, none of the companions got any cinematic lines, so I don't think it really counts.

 

By the way is the one leaning against the tree in this screenshot Varric? I mean it definitely looks like they're carrying a crossbow, and they do appear to be rather short, but the silhouette doesn't seem broad enough to be him, or am I imagining things.
