I kick them all
That is kinda of an old school Survivor move:
"Hey players 2 & 3 kick player 4, he'll drag us down."
Kicks player 4.
"Private message to player 2, player 3 asked me to missle glitch. We'll get banned. Let's kick him"
Kicks player 3.
"Ha ha noob!"
Kicks players 2.
Three new players join:
"Hey players 2 & 3 kick player 4, he'll drag us down."

Pretty much this. In plat pugs I'll play a crutch kit (GI/GT) and make sure that there is at least one more capable player in the lobby. Carrying a match with another player is okay, carrying it alone causes chronic backpain.oO Stryfe Oo wrote...
Bronze - Do your thumbs work? Are you breathing? Can your cat play for you until you get back?
Silver - meh...you're in. I mean, who gives a damn?
Gold - No equipment, terrible weapons, N7<120, and NO GEAR?!? ---> Das boot. (Exception being N7 1 players.)

Gotta keep the game interesting...
I pretty much only kick people who won't willingly leave to make room for friends. Everyone else, no matter level, CP or loadout, I only look to get a sense of how likely it is I'm going to have to carry.

Well before the boot comes crashing down, I will message said person and ask if they will put gear on. If so, let the carry ensue. If not, cya.
edit If a friend is coming to play I will ask the random to leave before kicking them yes, I agree with Jeremiah about that.

We've been through this. N7 rating and CP most of the time don't mean anything. I've been destroyed by players with N7s > 100 and I've played with players with CP > 10,000 that stink. After a game you'll know who's who.
You quoted yourself.
You're drunk. Go home.
Intended as working.

Gold or below, I could care less. Platinum is different. I don't want to play a 30 minute game. I look at weapons and mods, gear, and consumables being used. If at least 2 other players have synergy or high dps potential... I'm in. 4th person doesn't matter to me.
If not, I'll just find a new lobby.
I don't play Plat Rio or Hydra either.
Working as intended.

I always find it funny when someone with a N7 of 120 but 30k challenge points joins a game. It's like no one knows how to behave towards them.
Personally, if I join a lobby full of low N7's I just shrug my shoulders and gear up. It's a game for me. No more, no less.
Those tend to be the most skilled players I've ever come across.

To stay on topic everyone deserves a chance, I don't care about anything well I may switch to a bit more tanky character from my usual 0 fitness if it's low lvl,N7 or CP.

. Literally the only thing I won't play with is a Destroyer on Platinum if in a PUG. I'm over the missile glitching, just over it.
That isn't really fair, they still need a chargable weapon + projectile weapon combo.
Are you sure about that? Because I experienced a Destroyer that I thought was safe on a Plat PUG because the only weapon he had was the Adas Anti-Synthetic Rifle. That was it. And he missile glitched the whole match.
Nope. Maybe it's unfair. Heck, I *like* playing a Destroyer and I hate that I now have to basically write him off, but I almost never see legit Destroyer players on Platinum anymore.
On Gold, sure, I will play with them and take my chances. But I'm tired of going into a Platinum match with my level IV consumables and getting burned like that. And people say, "Oh, you can just quit as soon as you see them glitch and as long as you don't fire a weapon/power, you can keep your equipment." And every single time I have done just that, my equipment is gone.
So, nope, my tolerance for Plat Destroyers on PS3 is done.
You should join us on PC.
On topic:
I really only kick if someone is taking 3 minutes or more to ready up on silver, I very rarely bronze, for gold I check the same kind of thing you do and make an overall judgement of survival, for platinum I avoid PUGs almost entirely.

Lol. It's cool. I'm pretty sure you meet the criteria. It's the other low N7 level scrubs that should be worried.Veno CRX wrote...

Seems I drop right into action 9 out of 10 PUGs these days....about half of them start with at least 2 of the other teammates having bled out.....
But when in lobby.....rack 'em up. If it looks like a scrubby team....it's really a chance for me to get better as a player.....

Its fun to get dropped into a game at Wave 6+ with only 1-2 players on the map. The first thing I assume is that this must have been a PUG from hell that caused multiple people to rage quit.DarkFaerie316 wrote...

And, I have started a Public Gold game that I though was Private by accident more than once. I also admire the next guy who drops in and has the guts to stick with it and not drop out.
Sorry bout that!

In my gold lobbies though I always look at the gear and equipment. Basing on that and how good I think the player will be, I whether kick or not. I have no problem with kicking, it's only a stupid virtuality, lol
Also if I'm playing with my fav kits I don't even bother about others on Gold. Sometimes I feel like carrying. But then my back hurts

Bad enough I can't keep people in the lobby after one game with me. I think I need to turn it down a little bit:alien:
