A high N7 number can make me FEEL more comfortable, but I know that it doesn't mean that much. They could just play a little more than I do.

If they have a microphone for communication, total bonus. If we're in-game, and I'm instructing them and they LISTEN! OMG. Doze guise, I luv dem. The silent, obedient, "I can pull anything off" type.

If they don't have ANY consumables, they are either really good, or they will play like crap. And I have my eye on them.

Bronze only when I have 1-13 level character. Prefer to solo.
Silver lobby I will host with any pugs. I mostly can carry poor players with no consumables.
I will play gold only with friends or my son with two pugs.
Platinum is not fun for me. So I avoid playing unless I have level 4 consumables.

If their e-peen is so big that I get poked in the face through the mic.

If their e-****** is so vast that I have to call Joker in for an extraction.

I look at everything I can to see how they are including everything mentioned by other players here.

That said, I don`t kick a player just because that certain one player looks bad.
If the entire team looks underwhelming as whole... I might try to kick weakest link/least invested player though.

Surprising that an eye hasn't been put out with the people you play with. ;)

I'm actually blind because of it! You just don't play with me enough, obviously. When I stand in place and shoot while spinning around in a circle, this is the reason. Or when I continually run into walls, or stare at corners while slowly walking, it's not because I really fell asleep.

I should really buy a seeing eye volus. Maybe start a thread for recruitment purposes...

Bronze and silver, I don't care.

Gold, almost anybody as long as they aren't fresh off the boat and are using common weapons or a phaeston I or something.

Plat, I want at least 4k challenge points and a loadout that makes sense. If it doesn't make sense, and they can't explain it with a mic, they're out.

Don't judge the book by it's cover... I love Striker and constantly use it on my TGI or old school burn everything in the way KroSol.

[/quote]

Sorry but if your bringing that into platinum I should leave anyway.  The guns ok on gold to goof around with but that 's about it.  99% of pugs with that gun equiped have only 1 intention and its not good.

Bronze
-You got a pulse? Cool, let's do this.

Silver
-Whatever, it's probably fine.

Gold
-No equipment, low level Gear, Uncommon/Rare <X? Useless floor ornament leeching scum of the earth. If more than one, exit lobby. If one, might exit lobby anyway while telling them to go back to Bronze. Friggen leeches.

-N7 <120, Common/Uncommon <X, silly/incomplete mods, no Gear? Total noob. Useless. But probably here out of ignorance rather than malice, so no need for derision. Exit lobby if more than one. Warn them politely that Gold is likely not where they should be.

-N7 120+, Uncommon X, equipment II, Gear, full mods? Legit Gold noob moving up from Silver. Will assist and encourage.

-Rare VII-X, equipment III, Gear, loadout isn't completely pants on head retarded? Average Gold Pugger. If more than one, good to go.

-Rare X, UR V-X, equipment III, Gear V, very good loadout choices, powerful kit? Gold veteran. Competition for score. Nice. Readying up regardless of rest of team.

Platinum
-Is it something other than Reapers/Rio? Does everyone look like they have a better manifest than me and could probably carry my ass? Cool, let's do this!

Not really. The few times I go searching for a pug I get dropped in a game already in progress (like 9/10 times). When I play with a friend I don't care who joins the game.

How about if they are under N7120 but have a disproportianetly high challenge score?

N7 <120 means the player has not played the game enough to level all classes to 20, even if through nothing but character cards.

To get a score so high (higher than mine even, though I don't pay much attention to Challenges), to complete so many challenges without having bought any packs... You'd have to like... Buy a couple of Arsenal Packs, score a Hurricane and a heatsink mod, and never ever buy any sort of Packs ever again.

Bronze/Silver I really don't care. It would be nice if there aren't any Juggs, but I'll play regardless. Gold, no equipment/common weapons + low N7 (<200) I'll vote to kick. More than one, I'll leave.

More than one Jugg, I always leave regardless of gear/N7/Challenge/anything.

And I don't play Platinum.

I'd usually play with anyone on Gold but if they are really bad and we fail the mission, I leave the loby pretty sharpish. For platinum the guys in the lobby must have equipment and have a reasonable N7 rating to show they have experience, especially if they are using a low level character.

Bronze and Silver? Not really a big deal to me. I can generally carry bad teammates through silver matches with no problem, and bronze matches are easy anyways.

Gold? I judge based on class and loadout (Not 'oh he's a juggernaut VOTE TO KICK LOLOLO', but 'Oh, why the hell is he using Claymore I and Widow I on a Fury?' instead.). Microphones are also a big factor for me, as communication can make or break a team.

Platinum? Lolwut, I don't play that.
