Best: Legion - Seeing a friendly geth for a change!

Worst: If ME1 counts then Kaidan. If not then i can't choose one, since most others are well done in my opinion, even Jacob. I guess Miranda could be a potential candidate though, but her intro is not that bad.

Best: Thane, Legion, Garrus, Samara. I would say Jack, but to anybody who had followed any of the advertising campaign of ME2 was spoiled to the fact that Jack was a girl so it kinda makes Jack's intro fall flat.

Worst: Jacob, sadly.

I haven't really thought about Legion but he does have a good intro, basically saving your bacon, and how he was intro'ed in ME3 was pretty cool too.
