Subject to change, currently I would say:

Asari Vanguard - Claymore, grenade capacity
Human Engineer - CSMG, omni capacitors. Skipped drone and focused on tech bursts and fire explosions
Batarian Slasher - Harrier,  warp rounds,grenade capacity. Skipped lash. Shoot and biotic explode everything
Geth Infiltrator - GPS, incendiary rounds, shotgun amp. I've only recently started using him since I got him last month, really enjoying the hunter paintjob on him
Asari Justicar - Weapon/equipment varies.

In no particular order of favoritism:
Female Quarian Infiltrator (literally just unlocked the javelin for her tonight and was playing some games with it, that gun is amazing)

Turian Ghost Infiltrator (w/Harrier obv)

Geth Trooper (I run a pure weapons platform build, flamer is cool and all, but this guy really shines as a pure weapons platform, I give him a harrier and a black widow and he has yet to disappoint)

Female Quarian Engineer (I can't figure out a good gun to give her yet...I've been using an adas but I don't really care that much for it, probably end up going back to the acolyte)

Asari Vanguard (I run her with a stasis-less build and a pirahna, essentially she's a flying shotgun with grenades, lots of fun)

Honorable Mentions: Phoenix Adept, N7 Fury, Collector Adept (I like him, I'm just terribad at him), Krogan Sentinel
