Cabal- because I LOVE the build I play with her, spazzy, powerful, and tricky

Turian Soldier- I have been playing around with the Lancer and it performs really well on this character.

Demolisher- just discovered this class, and I am loving the playstyle of it, grenades everywhere... however I am not quiiiite completely happy with the weapon I have been using so I will have to play around with different combos..

Krogan Warlord- another new class I have been poking around with... simple to play but an absolute blast to play with.. I don't get why everyone complains about getting insta-killed, it's absurd.

Turian Sentinel- all time favorite, and I will never get bored of trying different builds.

1) Asari Huntress: yes, it's simple, yes, it's effective, yes, it's an Asari
2) Turian Cabal Vanguard:mostly becuase I had a hard time learning to be effective with it, got a bee in my bonnet about that.  A real finesse class, when I want to play something tricky, I go to her.
3) Asari Justicar Adept: simple, survivable, effective
4) female Human Infiltrator - Claymore, fun, don't feel dirty like when I use an AIU, still VERY effective
5) Female Quarian Infiltrator - sniper w/Black Widow, very effective and sabotage is vastly underrated.

I only play 3 just unlocked the Collector Adept seems like fun

these are my favorites that I play exclusively

Fury - Hurricane or scorpion- I dont use the gun much on her- power magnifier-pierce
N7 shadow- M96 X-omiblade-pierce
N7 Slayer - Hurricane-power mag, ultralight materials or pistol and power mag probably Eagle

for lolz Jugg and when running with friends I like running Volus adept or just for lolz as they are fun

Turian Sentinel, Hurricane is his gun, no doubt. My first unlocked character and still my favorite, can fit in any team setup and those passives...wow.

N7 Destroyer, Typhoon. I know some will say the PPR, but the Typhoon is his gun.

Asari Justicar, Talon/Lancer. I love the AJ, and she's still my favorite adept.

Quarian Male Infiltrator, Piranha. My favorite infiltrator. His utility to the team with Tac Cloak and Area Scan can't be understated, and a Piranha in the hands of any infiltrator is a death storm waiting to happen.

Batarian Soldier, Piranha/Raider. This guy is the embodiment of rage and brutality. Steel and fire and fury all wrapped up in one big ugly package.

Honorable mentions: Krogan Sentinel/Claymore, Geth Juggernaut/Crusader/Hurricane, Geth Infiltrator/Harrier/Piranha (I speedrun sometimes), Human Sentinel/Talon/Wraith.

1. Asari Vanguard, primarily with the Saber (although Harrier, PPR and Valiant works well too) and grenade capacity (specced for 1 in BC - which is only used in a crutch if I need to recharge my barriers - 4 in fitness, damage for lift 'nades, all weapon damage in passives and stasis bubble) - honestly, it's godly and is my go-to whenever I feel like I've had a crappy time.
 
2. Asari Huntress Infiltrator. Kind of controversial for me since I never used to touch infis back when I thought they had to go hand-in-hand with sniper rifles. Even though I'm crap at sniping; the Huntress's powers take care of the rest for me! I always go for duration in TC, weapon damage in passives, only 1 in DC here since I think it does the job all the same, detonation in Warp and 4 in fitness. As for weapons, well anything is good on this character, but it did certainly help me unlock the sniper achievement since I couldn't do it on any other character.

3. Krogan Sentinel (the vanilla). I guess I rely too much on those lift grenades! Another go-to character for me. Harrier and a shotgun like the Piranha or GPS works wonders. Tanky, so you don't need much in fitness. Spec tech armour for durability if you need it - great for melee too. Can't do much wrong with this character.

Hmm, the rest is kind of hard.

I used to love the Asari Justicar Adept back in the day for area Reave which melted all the things (not to mention getting me into trouble for kill-stealing). Equip the Hurricane and it was truly godly. Dat biotic sphere too (crucial for choke points). But I kind of lost my touch with this character and plenty of other players out there can do it way better than me.

I like the vanilla asari adept too for all the biotic explosions and stasis which is one of my favourite powers. The turian sentinel also helped me early on in my MP career for being a general all-rounder, so I have fond memories there too.

The salarian engi was my debut onto gold. God bless the almighty decoy!

I suppose I'm too old-school to really get down with the newer characters. I can make some of them work (enough to get the job done and get the achievements) but they're just not as fun as some of my old-timers.

The Krotinel is particularly such a beast and ridiculously fun.
