I have no order, but here they are.

1. Geth Trooper, it has multiple awesome builds, the pyro is my favourite.
2. The KroLord. I love feeling like a Blood Pack badass with a hammer, ironically, I actually survive the most with him, and run from Banshees in terror.
3. The Havoc engineer, I love having my turret nearby at all times, watching my back while I spam grenades.
4. The Volus Engineer, kicking ass with style, I essentially become the team medic.
5. Batarian Soldier. A tank, inferno grenades, extra ammo for my harrier, ballistic blades and a badass BroFist.

Destroyer - 6/6/3/5/6 (3 in MFrags) - Armed with a Spitfire X - Warfighter Package/AR Amp/Adrenaline module...thing/AP ammo 4. So unfair.

Slayer - 6/6/3/5/6 (3 in Biotic Slash) - Armed with a ADAS & Acolyte - stagger all small enemies with the ADAS while spamming PD till everything dies. Switch to the Acolyte for enemies that can't be staggered by the ADAS. Most of the time I just run this with no consumables but Disruptor ammo is good for constant TB'ing.

Cabal - 4/6/6/6/4 - Armed with a Reegar.

The slayer and Cabal I never really used until recently I started experimenting with characters I never really used before, or couldn't get the hang of initially.

Then there's the large list of favourite chars that I've already figured out the best way for me to play them.

Though I will say that after initially hating the ADAS I find I'm sticking it on more and more characters now... rapid fire, large clip.. super staggery-ness... YES PLEASE.

Stasis-less AsGuard + piranha - murderous! Hadn't tried before a couple of weeks ago, gone over 200k several times since.
Huntress + wraith - easy gold vehicle.
BatSent + claymore.
ColDept + CSMG - max power damage & DC spam.

1) Shadow with no ES specced for Melee and Duration. Use as a sniper with the Valiant and heavy barrel. Not a power house, but great fun up to Gold against Cerberus.  Usually use the Juggernaut Shield kit, and adrenaline. For some reason I always end up clutching with this girl.

2) TGI with Incisor and Heavy Barrel.  Excellent against Geth, have even used it in Plat once. Use Phasic Ammo.  I know there are more powerful builds but this is just fun!  Equipe with Operative package.  [Normally swap to the Typhoon for Plat]

3) Asari Vanguard - This was always my number 1 but I've played her to death.  Equiped with Pirhana, and Shock Trooper package.  Brilliant against Cerberus up to Gold.

4) Human Soldier specced for CS with no adrenaline. Equipe Harrier and AR/Grenade package.  Don't know why, but I enjoy taking this one out against Reapers, and sometimes Collectors (if I fancy a face palm moment!)

5) Drell Vanguard with no pull.  Grenade EVERYTHING and charge everything else.  Equipe with Hurricane and just keep moving.  Works for me up to Gold, but I find I go down less with a cyclonic.  Works well for me against Cerberus and Reapers.

I know some of these are "odd" packages, but I enjoy playing them.

At the moment:

Asari justicar: 6/6/0/6/6. Warp bubble. Radius damage reduction reave. Full fitness. Claymore + choke & shredder. Warp ammo IV, cyclonic IV. Shotgun gear, shotgun amp.

With her substantial shields, she can reave, shoot, close, bubble for a BE, then shoot again; very effective against bosses. Her CD isn't bad at 100% (irrc). She works well on any map with moderate cover. Good against collectors & reapers. Excellent if you are a fan of casters but want to bring the claymore pain.
