I'm only asking this in relation to ME2 since this forum
is just for ME2, but honestly I couldn't care less if folks include stuff from
the other two games. I do really think the whole scene with Joker running for his life from the Collectors on board the Normandy is pretty funny. Also liked the Volus "biotic God" speech which was pretty funny. Mordin doing  Gilbert & Sullivan was funny, and it was used to great poignant effect in ME3 as well. That Krogan's love poetry on Illium was funny I thought. Okay, the advertisements on the Citadel were pretty funny too.

Also the gunnery chief on the Citadel. Garrus' romance (the first two dialogs anyway). And any time Jack says "Fly b****!"
