I just found out how different are the lines you get from a romanced garrus depending on what kind of party do you chose to have, and I'm curious about which one do garrusmancers prefer, which one do they feel that fits better the character and the romance arc... quiet party or loud one?

You're talking about the dialogue that occurs when waking up to see the party aftermath, right? I've done the party with two different LIs so far and they don't have more than one unique line they say throughout until the "morning after" scene.

no, no, not the morning-after line, I mean during the party.. in the loud party, you got one line or two while garrus is dancing (I don't remember well, but something about he and femshep having sex and a joke about femsep dancing), but in the quiet party (and that's what surprised me) garrus get extra "soft" talking about protecting shepard, including a lot of "honey", "love of my life", "sweetie" and the like... I guess it's cute, but the truth it's I found it so out of character that it made me laugh, and I was curious to know about what garrusmancers thought about it...
and yeah, Garrus it's the only LI I've seen that acts so differently in the two parties

I've just completed the Citadel party with Garrus as the LI for the first time. He was adorable, especially the tango dance! I thought his lines in that DLC were way better than Kaidan's, who wasn't at all romantic. I chose the loud party this time, so I'll definitely have to choose the quiet party next time to hear his different lines. Until the Citadel I thought Garrus was funny, sweetly awkward but not quite as good a romance as Kaidan, but now I'm smitten. ;-)

Sure, the LINES sound a little out of character with the rest of the romance, BUT remember that most of the really awkward Garrus is done when it's just him and Shepard (and when approaching physicality).
At the quiet party, Garrus is doing something TOTALLY in character ("calibrating" the security system) while also being sweet to Shepard. Working on the security system occupies his brain enough to make him more comfortable in expressing his feelings.

Keep in mind Garrus is really drunk during both types of parties
Just because it's a quiet party it doesn't mean he hasn't been knocking them back. I prefer the quiet one only because he says a lot more during it and zaeed helping him out makes the whole thing even more priceless.
