I'd like to ask this too. There's some potential for an interesting conversation betwewn Liara and the VS about her role in Shepard's alliance with Cerberus. I can't imagine the topic not coming up if the VS returns to the Normandy, nor Shepard keeping this bit of information secret if he/she's close with the VS.

Poor Tali would die young because you got her sick too many times.
She adapts by the end of ME3 so she doesn't get sick when with Shepard anymore.
Yeah, but unfortunately, Quarians don't live as long as humans (I think they live to their 80's on average). It might have something to do with their immune systems or living on the Flotilla. Not completely sure.
Quarian life expectancy is never stated other than its comparable to humans, Drell are the ones who only live to 80

When I first started playing ME2, I was kinda hoping to take the Galaxy by surprise with Shepard's return, but thanks to TIM, the moment I set foot on the new SR-2, I have half a dozen E-Mails from of people who knew Shepard before and were glad of his return. DAMN!

What do you mean?
ME2 Liara - good character.
ME3 Liara - overhyped Kristen Stewart in space. Not the real Liara to me.

Failing that, When I finish him off at TIM's base, I would not omni-blade him, instead I would knock him down again, grab his own blade, give him a little stab in the gut saying, "Thats for Thane, you SOB," and then grab him by the topknot, and say "And this is for that rather stupid SPAM E-Mail you sent me," and give him a back hand slap, and then say "And this is for all the beautiful asari whose throats you slit," and slit his throat as slowly and lightly as possible, to prolong his death. After gathering all the info I need, I omni-blade his head off and have it sent to Aria with my regards.
Why you might ask?
1.) Because death by throat slitting is one of the worst ways to go in my book, I believe that contrary to what the movies like to show, it is NOT a quick and painless death. And that A-Hole killed at least three Asari in this manner, one of them was Aria's only daughter.
2.) While murder is bad enough, murder of females in my book deserves a much harsher penalty.
3.) That E-Mail not only deceived me and wasted my time, it was kinda stupid that way it was wriiten.
P.S. I would take Leng's sword as a trophy.

If the clone wasn't such a loser, he could have done it for the real Shepard, and redeemed himself at the same time.
Unless, of course, at the last minute he realises he can still get back at Shepard by choosing the Control ending.

I would love to have talk with Joker about our little incident back in the ME2beginning.
I would save both on Virmire. Sent the rest of my squad to Ash at AA towers (like the ones that weren't with me like Tali, Wrex and so on. They would create greater distraction while I could focus on the main mission and the bomb and helping Kaidan.
I would allow cat on the ship. One cat. My cat.
I would agree with what Kaidan/Ash said on Horizon because it´s true.
Have argument with Liara about why she didn´t tell anyone about saving my body.
I still question doctor Chakwas decision to join Cerberus.I dont understand that at all. She is just not the type.
I would not allow Jack to join Normandy in ME2. Sorry she is unstable, uncontrollable and refuses to wear armour to battle. IShepard don't want people who rely on emotion and anger in battle.
I am definitely not running and shooting that red tube at the same time. Distance is ok. With shields on.
And one I can´t get over with. I would take Miranda with me to Assault Cerberus mission. Edi is AI she doesn´t need to be there in person, she can access datatabe and computers from anywhere. I want someone who actually walked around that place.

Oh I almost forgot,
If I were Shepard, I would tell that b!tch Salarian Dalatress that unless she gives me the give full military might of the salarians, I am going to upoad the archives I discovered on Sur'Kesh about their plans with the Yaug and Varren to every news network still online.
I also add, that by the time I am finished with Salarian kind, not only will they be the most hated group after the war, Salarian Liver might also once again be served as a delicacy.

So I have to find out my child is alive third-hand from the Alliance brass? Where the hell have you been?
I figure whatever you're doing is classified, likely part of your Spectre Operations. Just stay safe out there, and keep doing your mom proud. And sneak something through a secure channel next time.
Love,
Your mother, Captain Hannah

I'm pretty sure that it's mentioned in the ME wiki. There's also a thread about it (I forget the name of it).

Chakwas explains this. She never actually joined Cerberus, she got a proper leave of absence from her post and joined up with the Normandy project when Joker called her up and told her about Shepard being revived.
Dr. Chakwas only 'joined' Cerberus in the same way Garrus and Tali did. The only difference is that she joined before Shepard actually woke up. She might even have wanted to acertain if the 'revived' Shepard was a fake or under Cerberus control.

Good point about the cat. If I was Shepard, we would need one dog. An actual dog. For morale.
Why not just bring Urz on board? You can have him tag along whenever you stop on Omega.
