The warning about the reapers is what matters the most. Even the jumbled images pre-cipher would be enough to give the Asari councilor a moment of pause, and her word would hold weight with the other two. If Liara can glean this information, so can she. After receiving the cipher, it would be even more convincing.

I like how they believe that charisma can actually pierce through the wall of logic of a machine. Like the Fonz and how he hits the jukebox and it works every time.
If I was Shepard, I would've told that damn Asari councilor to do a mind meld so she could see the crap I saw on Eden Prime.
This. So much. If Shiala can do that crap to teach me to think like a damned Prothean, there's absolutely no reason they couldn't have done that to confirm all of the stuff Shepard has seen.
Just tell her to stay out of the memories right before Ilos. My Shepard already has enough Asari making sexual advances at him.

Besides, couldn't that be faked just by Shepard making a video of a 'vision' and then watching it?
In any case, it wouldn't be enough to warrent anything significant.

Except Liara actually does exactly this, and again after receiving the cipher. No doubt the question of it being faked would be posed by the Salarian or Turian, but there's no reason to believe that a human can fool an Asari, presumably a much older Asari, with forged memories. Like, if someone could glean your memories, how would you fake the memory by having it shown to you on a screen, without revealing the screen itself in it? lol

If she can look into your memories, and the whole thing was staged by Shepard & Co., then she would probably be able to pick up on the memories leading up to the farce. The melds share knowledge and experiences, as evidenced by the fusion that took place on Feros. And what does Shepard have to gain by faking the whole thing?
In any event, speaking to a Prothean VI that confirms the existence of the Reapers should be damned good evidence. If the Council believes that the Protheans built the relays, and one of their own computer programs confirms the existence of Reapers, that would prove the whole thing wasn't just an elaborate ruse by Saren. (Unless they think he can time travel, too).
And if they needed to, the Asari councilor could meld with the other two, sharing Shepard's knowledge with them. Shiala proved that the knowledge and ideas can be transferred several times.

Why not just call in Normandy and air drop Wrex and a clan of Krogan on Harbinger? They'd have him open in a heartbeat and ripping him up from the inside. It would be like trying to swat flies.......

Then Air drop Vega. Either Harby goes down, or Vega does.
Either way it's a win win!

I too, consider Vega an unwelcome shove-in courtesy of Bioware, but why do you hate him?

Only a dirty double-crosser would do that to the Krogan.

I don't hate him. I love the guy!
From Mar's onwards he start's to come together as a character who nearly frags the commander with a shuttle and invites him to a bout of fisticuffs afterwards.
Compared to William's or Kaiden, he's a very different kind of soldier. Yet after the sparring match, he disappear's into the fabric of the ship with no memorable interactions, other than, N7, should I or shouldn't I? And a scene of buying rounds for the troops. Compared to how well I got to know everyone else in ME1 and 2, the new conversation wheel direction of not haivng as much makes Vega's character suffer.
I'd rather see him go down swinging than being ignored by the conversation wheel. Cause to leave him in the loading bay poking a table with a mild case of tinnitus and no discernable personality to connect with does not do the big gorilla justice IMHO.

After crawling out from under the rubble (end of ME3) I'd make everyone who promised to buy me drinks keep their promise.
I would carve the insides out of dead Harby, then decorate it and use it as a retirement home for me and Garrus.

I'd take the data from Overlord and the Cerberus data from the operative on Lorek to the Alliance personally. Preferably, when I head back to Earth for the ridiculous trail that BW made up that happened regardless of what happened in ME2. Maybe, that would get the commitee to back off a little bit. Doubtful, but worth a shot.
That reminds me, During ME2, since TIM has practically allowed Shepard to do what he wants, I would have removes the Cerberus insignia, (though not necessarily replacing it, plus, I would love to Jack's reaction to the sight of my ship during her escape without the insignia), I would have stayed at the crash sight of Jacob's father and hand deliver him to the Alliance when it arrives. I would not have fled like BW made Shepard do.

The destroy ending really is the most pointless ending. You can accomplish the exact same thing with control without having to sacrifice the geth and edi.
Unfortunately Bioware didn't think Shepard was smart enough to figure that out so I have to keep picking destroy.

Send the reapers to their doom, upload myself into sexbot, go bang Jack.
If Edi can do it, so can Godshep.
