"Wake Up Shepard"
This must be the first time in human history that there is a book about one possible interpretation of the ending of a game.
Just wanted to share this.
P.S.: Please don't discuss IT in general here.

Disclaimer: The previous sentence does not paint everyone who disliked the ending in this particular view as everyone is entitled to an opinion however writing a book on a theory that the writers and holders of the IP have clearly stated is false is just a bit much.

As an unofficial publication, probably. There's nothing to stop self publication on any topic. And since IT is a fan made creation that BW choose not to utilise in it's narrative, it's not a topic that is technically owned by BW.
But "Mass Effect" is a term they own, which the idiot has plastered all over his for-profit book.

Dunno, I thought it was weird that someone is making money off of Mass Effect that probably isn't licensed by BioWare, but then I remembered I own things like this about books and films, so the derp went away.
Stupid as sh*t regardless.

Correct.
And so it stands to reason that this idiot is gonna get sued as soon as EA finds out about this.

This person has a image from the game right on the cover, and I'm sure has many more strewn throughout the book. All that is owned and copyrighted.

Seriously, if anyone is interested in IT, Youtube is full of narrated Stuff with game footage and all for free. Why would anyone buy that book?

Yeah, YT is a better venue to make profit off of suckers as Clevernoob as shown.

About the Author
Daemian Hawke Dumas was born in Middletown, Connecticut on September 28, 1996. He then moved to Bradley, Illinois, where he currently resides. Dumas, a sophomore at Bradley-Bourbonnais Community High School, is an exceptional student and frequently asks questions, albeit mostly irrelevant. However, he is more likely to have fun and crack jokes in class rather than delve into his studies, but he'll get to them… eventually. After he graduates, Dumas hopes to attend an international college, preferably in Europe. Although he currently has no clue of what he wishes to be in terms of a career, he hopes it will be in the alley of an adventurer rather than the regular nine to five kind of guy, because, come on, he certainly has the abs for it. In the matter of authoring books, Dumas might write a few more, as he has some great ideas for some fictional works, but he usually doesn't plan that far ahead….

Go into a discount book store and you see alot of unofficial book's about subject's that are franchised, from boy bands to movie's etc.
I can't really come down on one side or the other on this. Suffice to say that if EA and or BW decide to take action, they will have to decide first if the book is damaging to them in some way, and then if the cost of taking action is less than the benefit's they would get.
I don't see how taking action against one writer who has effectively added a method of promoting the exposure of their product is bad for them. Not even for the subject matter, because while proved false, it was and still is an exercise in collecting narrative strands and spinning them into a cohesive plot. Which again, is a plot proved to be false given the source material the book comes from.
The only reason I see that someone would take action is if someone was incredibly possesive of their franchise. And arguably, Star War's under George Lucas, expanded it's reach into other media, because it allowed it's franchise to be used by others.
Looking at the price I'm not sure the guy is making that much money off it either.

Let's be fair here, Clevernoob did put a lot of work into his documentaries and he did a pretty good job in collecting, filing and presenting the evidence. It's just hard to see that while he is talking bullsh!t half of the time, especially at the end of part 3. I don't even wanna know what his vlogs are like.

For instance, this guy claims the crucible is an EMP weapon(lol) but I've seen other ITers claim it's a Reaper trap(which would make ME3's plot even more dumb than it already is).

How much you wanna bet that this kid wrote it himself? It would seem that he suffers from USI.

You're as delusional as the ITer's, it was never debunked or proven false.
In fact there was never a competent argument against it aside from the argument that Mass effect 3 is just terribly written.

That's what I thought. That kid sure has some serious delusions of granduer, a trait not uncommon among the IT kids mind you.
