I was just reading about it on the Wiki, and apparently it was going to be developed by Bioware Victory, however the Bioware name was dropped in November 2012. Now it's just call Victory Games
So, are they still developing it? If they are, how come there's no section about it on the forums?
Is Bioware Still Developing Command And Conquer?

Bioware Victory isn't really part of Bioware studios technically. It was EA smacking a name on a company that did a horrible job in a attempt to make it look better.

I haven't been following it at all, but heard it's going the free-to-play route, which is EA code for microtransactions up the ying-yang.
