Let the Warden go. Just let them go.

If we're lucky they may have found a way to bring the Warden back (if he lived) in DA3 or are still working on it for a future DA game as a full appearance rather than a codex entry.

My wardens don't need to come back. Let them stay mine.

Playing as the warden time is over now. However, they also did say that even though their story is over it does not mean we will not see them again in future DA games.

I took that as meaning that the Warden wouldn't ever again be the main (playable) character in the main game, not that he couldn't be playable in future DLC.

Because Leliana and Cassandra were looking for the Warden and Hawke at the end of Dragon Age 2, and I doubt that BioWare would just completely omit both of them from Dragon Age 3.

We may hear what happened to them, though. The ending of DA2 implies something after all.

I think warden have perfect ending whit closure. I don't mind if we have something like what with Hawke but a lot of people didn't like him so I am doubt. And I don't understand why is so hard to bring past protagonist it so easy and no problem just let as pick what they say it will be strange to speak with yourself but it's not such big deal less people cry what my Warden never do this.
Well i don't really find my new main character talking to my past main character strange. DA is a non-follow up story so having old main characters return as side characters will at least provide a background of their lives after their story ended, eventhough when a Main character's story ends their life after being a Hero or Heroine are rather normal and simple.
As one of my policy say about Heroies is "A hero is still a normal person in the end."

I will fall off my chair if either the Warden or Hawke actually make an appearance. They might be mentioned in passing, but I highly doubt they are needed to move the actual story forward.Mercedes-Benz wrote...

The reason behind Cassandra's statement was not to hint at a great plot twist where they find the protagonists, but just that they vanish.
I'll be disappointed if bioware decides to claim my warden.
I couldn't care less about Hawke.

Yes I agree what you say. But I think you don't understand what I ment. I mean if Warden and Inquisitor or even all 3 whit Hawke to, speaks at the same time and we can pick what all free can say you pick what 1 say then what 2 answer it's like speak with yourself.

My Warden is off-limits. Hawke has a little more lee-way since her/his personality essentially boils down to diplomatic/aggressive/awesome and maybe even letting them fire off one line could perhaps not cause too much of a stir. The Wardens personality isn't at all easy to pin down.

And I honestly beleive they will just fade into legend and never be ruined by bad plot twists.
I concur.
No Hawke or Warden for DA3. I'm making bumper stickers.

It would take a lot of work to make this happen, and my guess is no one would be happy no matter what ended up happening. Of course, a reference to where they disappeared to, an alternate dimension or something, could be made to work.

That would have been fine-if Bioware hadn't made both of them disappear at the end of DA2. Now that it's done that, the fate of both them has to be resolved at some point in time or the whole series risks losing credibility.

I keep wanting to let her go but whenever I see Leliana I can't help but wonder where the hell my Warden is in all this and what happened to that satisfying ending I had in Awakening and why they couldn't just leave it at that...
