Probably "The End Run" from ME2, or "The End (Reprise)" from ME1.
What is you're most favourite soundtrack from Mass Effect?

Those 2 are definitely among the best
My favorite action-themed track is actually not included in the official soundtrack:
Check this video from minute 4:05 to 7:20, it shows
3 variations of “Exit”, one of them was used by ME developers before the release of the
game in promotional videos to showcase the powers from each class, the others
were also used in the game but not included in the official soundtrack.
When in the game it's used:
- At the end of Virmire
- When the Normandy escapes the lockdown (Anderson pawns Udina)
- Stealth arrival at Ilos - "Joker, drop us right on top of that bas***d!"
-In the timed race to the Conduit while dodging heavy fire
from armatures.

Suicide Mission neatly defines why i love the franchise. It reminds me of everything that was awesome about ME2. Despite the actual content and inconsitency of ME3's ending i really, really love the Catalyst's theme "Wake Up" (Extended Cut version)
It's these two or the Illusive Man theme.

For me, it definitely has got to be "The Normandy Reborn" from ME2. There is something about that Normandy SR-2's intro scene that always gets me. The way the music picks up as the ship pulls out of dry dock, the most "epic" type feeling right there.

It has to be Vigil for me. There is so much emotion in that song and I get nostalgia every time I listen to it.

It's hard to pick a favorite out of these three.
The citadel
This song feels inspiring and whimsical, Sometimes I get it stuck in my head too---it's catchy.
The flux music
It totally sounds like a salarian is singing in there "Wha-ta-ta-taa~ Wha-ta-ta-ta-da-da-dum"!
It helps that there is normally a salarian doing a cute little shuffle near by on the dance floor ;w;
Such a bouncy cute song, I love it to pieces.
Ending/Faunts
Super emotional, tear you up inside, and rekindle your love again.
Like the birth/death of a phoenix.

"Vigil", "Virmire Ride", "Uncharted Worlds" and "The Normandy" are my favourites.
In fact, pretty much everything from the ME1 score is my favourite, but those are the ones that stand out even more imho.

A lot of the unreleased music, such as sections from Grissom Academy, Sur'kesh, and Curing the Genophage is very good.

I felt that ME3 had the best soundtrack of the trilogy, but the others were fantastic, too.

"Suicide Mission" and "End of an Era" are my two favorites. Though, when "Vigil" plays at the end of the Rannoch mission series in ME3, it's a great set piece.

Vigil. It means so much... Revelation, understanding, The incredibles of the galaxy. and nowadays, tons of nostalgia.

Vigil - Aaahhh, memories. When I think Mass Effect at the beginning, this theme seems to say it all for me. I hear this and all I think about if Shepard looking out the window the first tiiime NO! No, I'm not crying, I'm not getting emotional!
Gunship Battle - Personally one of my favourite action pieces. I really like how it seems to just hit you in the face in the beginning. And that chorus, man; dat chorus.
Kasumi's Stolen Memory Soundtrack
Party Music - Calm and peaceful, which is a nice break compared to the majority of the ME2 soundtrack.
Infiltration, Making Our Escape & Death From Above - They link up really well with each other, like a three-act story. I like how the latter two build up on the first.
Reflections - I actually stumbled on this track before I actually played anything in the series and I just got lost in it. It's a short track but I feel that there's emotion behind it, maybe a hint of tragedy. Then, of course, I found out that it was the romance theme. XD
Suicide Mission - This is pretty much obligatory. It's like Vigil; it screams ME2 and is iconic for a good reason. It builds up, it gets the blood pumping, and then it finishes triumphantly, representing the suicide run almost perfectly for me.
Dreams - This one really feels haunting, which it should be doing and does very well. It reminds me of the ambient background music in psychological horror. It's eerie, slow, and atmospheric. The dream sequences themselves don't reflect Shepard's inner turmoil / guilt / unease as much as the track that goes with it.
A Future For The Krogan - Dammit, the tears are back. Why did this track have to be filled with so much hope?!
An End, Once And For All (Extended Version)
A Future That Many Will Never See
Resolution
These three reflect the end of Shepard's story, in my opinion, which is why I love them. They're bittersweet and they give me a sense of loss and farewell.
...That was too much, wasn't it? XD

Oh! And I also like "Callista" from Afterlife Club in ME2. But I suppose that has more to do with nostalgia from all the years I played Need for Speed 3 and 4

ME2 has set the benchmarks here.
Samara's, Kasumi's, Tali's as well as Legion's themes you hear throughout their missions are incredible. I also liked the collector battle theme, this twisted orchestral piece. Not to forget when you board their ship and this....scary version of vigil's theme plays.

Dunno about favourite, but "Mars" is special to me. It's got all the bouncy techno-ness you could want in a Mass Effect song, and it still carries that feeling of playing ME3 for the first time. Mystery, new adventures, new characters and all that jazz.

ME1: probably "Love Theme"
ME2: the suicide mission's, "The Attack", "Illusive Man", "Infiltration" from Kasumi Stolen Memory and "Party Music" from Kasumi Stolen Memory
ME3: "I'm Proud of You", the theme from Leviathan, the song that plays when Shepard leaves Earth at the beginning of the game, "Lost in You" from Citadel, and "Liara's Theme" from Citadel

For me it's a tie between Vigil and the ME1 main theme. The main theme already conveyed "space opera" before I had even played one second of the game and it perfectly set the tone for what was coming. As for Vigil: there's a reason why it's used at those specific moments in the games...

It's gonna be very, very hard to narrow it down to a top ten, but I'm gonna try.
10) Liara's theme
9) Dreams (Don't know real name)
8) Lost in you
7) Uncharted Worlds
6) I Was Lost Without You
5) The End...
4) Suicide Mission
3) A Future for the Krogan
2) An End Once and for All
1) Farewell and into the Inevitable
