I've been an Xbox 360 ME player from the start. I've recently bought Mass Effect 2 for PS3 and have purchased the Terminus Weapon and Armor off PSN. I play on Insanity. Which classes/builds are best for the Terminus Armor?

Okay, I had to look up the stat bonuses on the Internet.

In Mass Effect 2, the Terminus Armor provides:
+10% Storm Speed
+10% Reserve Ammunition
+15% Shields

I would say it benefits the Soldier the most with the extra storm speed.
Chances are you will not notice the extra ammunition but it may come in handy for Widow users for that extra shot, and it would also benefit low-ammunition weapons like the Carnifex and possibly the Mattock as well.
I doubt you would notice the extra shields.

I think you are better off using customized N7 armor. You can get the extra ammunition and storm speed pieces very early in the game, and then customize it with with more weapon damage or whatever else you want.

I noticed that you can have more benefits with customised armor. Tbh, I've been using with an Engineer, and it's not that great. I'll be trying the Collector Armor next, off PS Store, as I never got the ME2 Collector's Edition on 360.

You can specialize your customized armor more. Generally, full armor sets provide more total % bonuses than you can get with custom armor. For example, the Blood Dragon armor gives you +15% power damage and +10% shield damage. You cannot equal those bonuses with customized armor although you can get close. However it should be noted that full armor sets can give you those bonuses sooner than you can with custom armor which you need to buy, and some pieces will not appear in stores until certain mission conditions are met.
