Just curious really because I can't seem to get a solid answer anywhere. How often does the store (EU) re-stock? I've wanted this hoodie for a while but everytime payday comes it's out of stock

So, I got an email saying the item was restocked but it wasn't as I have been checking everyday for the past two weeks. I understand that stores such as this probably take their time in getting restocked but I'm curious as to why I'd get a notification saying the item was restocked when it isn't... anyone know who would be the best person to get information from regarding this? Or how I'd go about doing it?
