You should also be able to have your companions undergo those elven/dwarven surgeries. Imagine it: A whole team of deadly dwarves. The possibilites are endless.

 I don't like the idea. Sorry to burst your bubbles. So you want them to ruin the lore of Dragon Age just for the sake of playing as an elf? If it's magic, then I might agree, maybe not. But modern surgery? What's next? Orlesian Airways? Condoms? Dildos? Breast implants? Ferelden Gas and Electric Company?

Not unless you're a passionate monarchist who believes that blood should control everything, and that the elf and mage problems are not actual problems.

the only way to do this is special magic mirror what we see in Black Emporium from DA 2,



and you need to be a mage(and having some elven blood in veins), drink high dragon blood and use a lot of Lyrium and blood magic for such ritual
