But they do have Quarians who are pretty much Space Dalish who whine about bellyaches and keep trying to steal my credit chit.

It doesnt require surgery. Just remove your shoes and don't eat for a few months.

And die of an infection because you went to a shady clandestine "surgeon" down a dark alley.

Wouldn't that require a rack for spaghettification? Or a black hole?

No, just...no. I could buy into primitive medieval medical procedures such as leeching or bloodletting (neither of which will turn you into an elf) appearing in the game, but advanced plastic surgery? Nope - I would not believe that at all.

The only thing that could possibly enable someone to change into an elf with some degree of believability is actual magic.

Im guessing in the Dragon Age, Surgery =/= amputation pretty much.

BioWare, maybe you should let our protagonist during the game have the option to make a surgery to transform into an elf. Not magic, that's lame. A real, modern surgery.

PLEASE!!!

 I don't like the idea. Sorry to burst your bubbles. So you want them to ruin the lore of Dragon Age just for the sake of playing as an elf? If it's magic, then I might agree, maybe not. But modern surgery? What's next? Orlesian Airways? Condoms? Dildos? Breast implants? Ferelden Gas and Electric Company?

Orlesian Airways - Gryphons.

Condoms - Pig bladders or intestines. Medieval societies did have primitive forms of birth control.

Dildos - These have been around since forever. You can bet there are ******'s in Orlais and Antiva :wizard:

Well, I just hope that Bioware changes the design of the elves, it doesn't have to be like Origins, but according to the lore, elves are beautiful, they can make them unique but beautiful at the same time.

I didn't like the design of the elves in Dragon Age 2.
