Well I'm Play actually on NG+ Insanity w/ Vanguard,and i have seen on Youtube players with 7/7 Assault Rifle Dmg,i use the Mattock on My Vanguard,so i have a question how can i get these Upgrades.
Because i only Find 5/5 AR Upgrades.

Getting 7 Assault Rifle damage upgrades requires both the Lair of the Shadow Broker DLC and the Zaeed DLC.
You can get the Assault Rifle on Zaeed's loyalty mission by choosing the Renegade path--leave workers to die to chase after Vido--and picking up the Assault Rifle Damage upgrade at some point during that mission. (Paragon path will give you a Heavy Weapon upgrade instead.)
After completing Lair of the Shadow Broker, you can get the Assault Rifle Damage upgrade by picking it up from the terminal to the immediate left of Liara. *
* You can get four damage upgrades from this terminal, one each for Assault Rifles, SMGs, Shotguns, and Sniper Rifles. The Pistol Damage upgrade is available earlier in the mission.
IMPORTANT: The terminal upgrades and mineral resources appear randomly. Once you pick up the upgrade and/or mineral resources from the terminal, you cannot pick up anything else from that terminal until you complete a mission (must have a mission complete screen) or 24 hours must pass.
Therefore, SAVE your game before accessing the terminal. That way, you can keep reloading your game until one of the weapon damage upgrades appear. After getting the upgrade, complete any mission (N7 missions are good; they are quick and some do not feature any combat), or wait 24 hours, then go back to the Shadow Broker Ship. You can also advance your system clock a full day or more to simulate time passing; good to do if you have no missions left or if you do not want to wait an actual 24 hours. Remember to always save your game before you access the terminal in case an upgrade does not appear.
