I beat ME1 last week, and yesterday I decided to get Bring Down The Sky, but the game autosaved right before the final battle, so at the point I resume at its too late to go back to the Normandy to do the DLC.
If I could go back and load a previous save will I have to beat the game again?
And are their any choices in the DLC that would affect ME2?
How do I play the ME1 DLC if I already beat the game?

Everything you do effects ME2 says the devs. Even DLC.

But the question is to what extent. Its not like you'll miss out on something if you dont have a save game with a 30 minute dlc included.

And yes, you would have to beat the game again after completing the DLC for it it have an impact on your import.

Reload any convenient save before Ilos and go straight to the asteroid. Then, beat the game again
