Synthesis: Many people is brainwashed for the sake of an superficial peace, no empathy there. The probability for a major civil war in the galaxy is superior in this ending than in the others, name of Shepard is hated by those who where Reapers in the past and those that hate being part of the Synthesis Society and are not brainwashed (like Javik, maybe). There is a chance that the new technology made specifically for war is now capable of at least busting half the galaxy, thanks to the fact that both factions are part synthetic and are in contact with the Reapers. A conflict far greater than anything seen in the galaxy WILL happen, whether they like it or not.

Control: Best Ending. Though the posiblity of a dictatorship by an evil renegade Shepard or a well intentioned extremist paragon Shepard is probable.

Destroy: Many people is depresed, Joker is heart broken, the geth are dead... but the galaxy is free, nobody is brainwashed, nobody is forced to accept a change that pretty much spits in the face of Fundamental Rights , there are no abominations living a depresing life with the wish of making the person who did this to them pay. Machines can be rebuild... nad who know? Maybe organics will be more open to new forms of life after the war.

Context. If we're talking specifically about picking Destroy versus Control or Synthesis, you have not saved them at all, as they live in all 3 endings. Which I expect is really the point.

The only question I have about destroy and what would make me hesitate: do the flashlights stop working on the geth heads? Or can they be repaired? If they can be repaired I'm guessing there will a surplus of desk lamps available after the war. And new Geth Prime Head lighting for your kitchen.

Joker needs to get with a real woman. I like the dude a lot, but if he's having that much of an issue with EDI, he needs to take a few tests. I thought his "love story" was really ridiculous.
