Paragon Shepard VS Renegade Shepard

If Paragon and Renegade Shepard both existed in the ME universe, how do you think they'd interact?
Would they join forces, or engage in a classic hero VS villain struggle, their goals alligned but their methods unconciliable?
(For some reason i automatically think of Paragon Shepard as an Adept, and Renegade as a Soldier.)

Depends on the situation, most of the squadmates are not either pure paragon or pure renegade. Ashley for example doesn't want you kill the colonists on Feros while she does want you to kill off the council. Garrus may or may not want you to kill off the council depending on who else is in the squad.

I'll give you Javik and Zaeed, by what would Garrus, James, Ashley and Wrex side with Renegade Shepard? None of them are particularly Renegade by the end of ME3.

Garrus and James by tgeir "get the job done, no matter the cost" Ashley does mellow out, Wrex becomes less blood thirsty merc, but hes still a schemer who puts his own ambitions first. im also throwing in Miranda. The Night Mammoth wrote...

Wrex tends to favor the renegade decisions in ME 1, he will normally argue for letting the council die unless Ash is in the party, always argues to kill the rachni queen, and as far as I can tell has no opinion on the feros colonists (I use him on Feros a lot and I have never heard him comment on saving or killing the colonists). Yeah though by Krogan standards he is pretty damn paragon when he takes the reigns of clan chief in the sequels.

Miranda tends to be renegade until the CB decision. She thinks the base should be destroyed and still expresses doubts about Cerberus and TIM even if Shepard preserves the base.

@KotrEffect. That more has to do with Doubt about Cerberus rather than paragonness.
Agreed, but as far as the series goes that is when her character begins to second guess herself. I would say when ME 3 hits she is a lot less renegadish than in ME 2. She even apologizes to Shepard for wanting to implant a control chip in him when she was rebuilding him. Either way you cant classify most of the squadmates as pure renegade or pure paragon. Miranda tends to favor pro human decisions, same with Ash.

Neither of them are like that. Garrus dislikes constraints but that's not the same thing as the ends justify the means, and James is a hothead, not a Renegade.
Mellow out from what?Ashley does mellow out,
I'll sort of concede Wrex because I think it could go either way. He's still a merc, and a schemer, but ultimately he puts the interests of the krogan at heart.Wrex becomes less blood thirsty merc, but hes still a schemer who puts his own ambitions first.
What makes Miranda a Renegade?im also throwing in Miranda.

Miranda is the second in command of CERBERUS.
James let colonists die to salvage his mission. And Garrus very plainly espouses Machiavellian thinking

Was. I'm talking about the characters by the end of ME3, because they've completed their arcs by then. Miranda was head of Cerberus, by the end of the series she puts her sister first and actively fights against Cerberus.
James let colonists die to salvage his mission.
And save an asari he had deep feelings for.
And Garrus very plainly espouses Machiavellian thinking
He does not. One short speech about the difficulty of dealing with war as a game of numbers does not mean he supports Machiavellian thinking.
