I just reinstalled my OS and realized all my achievements from my first run through are gone. Is there any way to download them from the web or are they lost forever?

im new to this but how do you get the retriev code for the stone prisoner

Nevermind, all the achivements are downloaded, the savegames i assume i can see far after though?
