LOLwut?

Silent... I expect better from you.

4/6/6/6/4

Bring a good heavy hitting weapon, Grenade Capacity Gear, Power Amp, appropriate Rail Amp for chosen weapon, and Armor Piercing Ammo.

Cloak, throw grenades to strip shields/stagger... weapon to the face.

You were on the right track in the OP... Claymore is beastly on him. For bosses, cloak, throw grenade, Tac Scan, Claymore... repeat.

Spec grenades for armor damage... if I remember correctly Arc Nades already have a bonus vs Shields... so taking shield damage is redundant (on this kit).

Run that. Open on a spawn with an Arc Nade or two. Tac scan on whatever boss enemy is left to break cloak. You still get some of your Reegar clip in the cloak bonus and everything dies fast. Aim for the head, wash, rinse, repeat till bored then move on to different weapon or kit.

This is the way I have always played him.  I have used a Claymore, Wraith, Talon, Raider, Piranha, and Harrier with this build, and all work great.  The Talon and Harrier work best against mooks, and you can often stun a spawn with an Arc Grenade and finish off several of them before they can even move again.  The Claymore works really great against bosses though, and because Arc Grenades kind of suck against bosses (even with Armor evolution), the Claymore may be best.

I have also tried him with a sniper, and I don't really like it.  If you are going to do that though, I'd recommend a multi-shot SR (Valiant or BW).  Having multiple shots synergizes well with the area-stagger ability of Arc Grenades.

IDK. The Javelin synergizes pretty well as well. Arc nades are so devastating to small units and the Javelin for picking off the bigger slower moving targets.

So is the last 2 ranks of TC on this guy.

It makes no sense to me to make this guy a Sniper... like... ever. Lobbing grenades at sniping distances? WTF is that? Inefficient... that's what.

6/6/6/6/0 with a harrier and the ability to put a SR on him when you feel like it. Otherwise go 4/6/6/6/4 and don't give a **** about variety.

Great thing about Tac Scan (Cryo Blast too on the HI) is it's cooldown is so quick, you can also use it before Cloaking so that more of the clip of whatever rapid-fire weapon you're using remains under the Cloak damage bonus effect.

Good in theory until you happen upon a spawn of Primes uncloaked. Otherwise I agree you can cast it on elites before nuking and get more damage.

QMI last tactical cloak evolution is +20% sniper damage, so **** shotguns and AR's...You only need a sniper and a sidearm if something gets too close.

This one is confused...so what you're saying is that this one should ignore the 20% sniper damage bonus and use an AR or shotgun instead??

This one has come to a conclusion that the only logical course of action is to take advantage of the 20% sniper damage bonus that the QMI offers, especially if this one feels comfortable with sniping.

If this one wants an AR spec'd kit, he will use the TGI, if a shotguny kit is needed, the AIU.

In all fairness, to me it would seem that you'd be wasting a good kit by equipping something that the kit doesn't benefit from. Then again, you're fre to use what best suits you. ^_^

There's at least 4-5 other kits that make better snipers... like the Salarian, Vanilla Human, Geth, Drell, etc.

It's more of the fact that Sniper Rifles do not synergize well with Arc Grenades, which are better when used at close-medium range. Sure you can quick scope at those ranges... or you can unload a Shotgun, AR or Pistol/SMG with a Power Amp Mod on it...

Pretty much every other weapon makes more sense on him.

How exactly is the QME not good against bosses? Put a hurricane on anything and it'll be a boss killer.

Clever use of game mechinics. Hell, they thought incinerate wasn't glitched till a week or two ago. I've played the QME one way the whole time, not going to alter my playstyle now. Even with that glitch the GI has quicker single target take down, should I quit playing the GI?

decent.

Soldiers and infiltrators have stat boosting powers. They're considerably better against bosses.

It's one of the better classes to learn about spawns and spawn running with, as you have a pretty easy  way of dealing with them if you guess right.  Cloak +a few arc grenades will take out everything but a bosses.

Shotgun + Shock trooper gear works well.

It's like any other infiltrator. You only need 4 ranks of TC unless you want rank 6 for snipers rifiles.  Like most infi's, it will pretty much be good no matter what you do.

Scorpion is actually a kinda interesting choice, just for maximum bombing capability, but it takes a bit of getting used to use it with TC.

Tac Scan is an ok power, but really only useful against Primes,  Banshees, Scions, Praetorians and Atlases. Pretty much anyting else your better off using that overly-long-animation time to shoot it.
