So the other day I was playing DA2, and THIS happened when I went to the wounded coast:

I see that every now and then in Lowtown. Usually a reload fixes it.

This does not happen on my system ( Mac user ), i am old Windows user and seen this happen before in many games a simple update of graphic driver and program for graphic card often helps ( Important always update driver first then program, sometimes it can be nessary to uninstall program first before any update attempt but this is mainly for advanced users and not recommended if you not sure what you are doing. )
Also which is for advanced users a uninstall of Directx and reinstall can often help if above does not.
