Slightly cheesy, I'd say 7/10 (I'm assuming from the scale that 5/10 = balanced and 1/10 = garbage)
Wallhack, bonuses upon bonuses combined with only needing to invest 4 ranks into TC to be a monster all come together to make a pretty ridiculous package. When it came out about a year ago, there really was nothing like it.
But now things have changed for other classes. For the GI you still need to put some effort into it and actually hit things and take cover.

now that everyone can have the HM wallhax, I'd say 2/10.
Definitely less cheesy than all the grenade spammers like DA or MQE or Annilolation Field.
