Playing on Xbox 360, I want to play Battlefield 3 in a party with my brother, but everytime I invite him, it says "this game mode is no longer available". Am I doing something wrong?

BF3 servers have been getting attacked by hackers as of late. I play PC and last night I couldn't even connect to ea servers. I don't know about xbl. Does your brother have an ea online code or did he or you buy the game uses and don't have access to MP without an ea online pass. Sorry.

Check and see if you or him have the latest multiplayer update. That will make him not able to join.
