1. Armor customization for team just like on Shepard or at least predetermined armor for them, no exposed skin in zero gravity vacuums please

2. Visit planetside somewhere in SOL system i don't care where.

3. long term carried over relationship from ME1 or 2 with someone you chose as an LI. ex: I chose Miranda, so I hope I can actually continue my relationship and interact with her instead of having some arbitrary reason why we cant stay together and I move on to new LI's in ME3. (not that I only want old LI's new ones are fine, but give us the option to continue ones from ME2.

3.

i want that asari merc that Wrex talks about.

and if we do get a batarian squadmate, i want the option to blow his head off

There are some hints you meet this Asari in one of the mission hubs. If you gain her trust, she says that her right-hand man krogan wasn't the first krogan she fought for days on a space station...

1.  The game will have traditional "movie style" credits in which the voice actors are given lead credit and the game's designers, writers, and artists are also credited.

2.  James Horner (Aliens, Star Trek 2 & 3) will be hired to compose the music.

3.  New York City will be in the game and the largest "hub" in the history of BioWare.  Syd Mead will handle the design of the NYC level.

4.  Jim Cummings (the voice of Winnie the Pooh and dozens of other Disney voices) will be elevated to a main squad mate voice actor instead of being wasted on "additional voices."

5.  Frank Welker will voice Harbinger.

6.  All of the game's humor will be written by Mark Crowe, Scott Murphy, and Josh Mandel.  The creative geniuses behind the "Space Quest" sci-fi parody video games from the early 1990s.  There will be an in-joke in which Shepard comments on how incredibly stupid the "coil suit" from MDK2 looked.

7.  This will be the last RPG BioWare makes for the 360.  BioWare will devote all of its energies for the rest of the 360's lifecycle to remaking Knights of the Old Republic and Jade Empire with improved graphics.  KOTOR will also include a new coda that makes it clear that KOTOR 2 is a "Star Wars Infinities" story and never actually happened.  Jade Empire 2, following the events of the game from the Closed Fist ending, will be the first RPG released by BioWare for the XBox 720.

8.  This will also be the last game to use a licensed game engine.  All future BioWare games will use a proprietary engine created in-house by BioWare.

1. To punch Al-Jilani for a third time. Once, twice, three times a lady...

2. To romance Conrad Verner's wife. She sounds like diamond gal, and that might even get Conrad FINALLY off my back, though probably not.

3. Seriously, though, please don't bring back an inventory! Please! It works so much better without one!

Bring back the complexity of the first game's inventory system, but with a FUNCTIONAL UI system. There was/is nothign wrong with micromanagement, its a staple of an RPG and allows for actual stategizing, which I feel was absent from this game. HOWEVER, there was everything wrong with the UI, it simply was not very user-friendly.

Don't do the same thing you did with ME1 characters to ME2 characters in the finale. That is to say, I want to continue fostering relationships and recruit them, not just find out what it is that they're doing now and oh okay you can't join me cause you have a life now lalala. I want to be a part of their lives--Miranda's specifically. Though I have the suspicion she will be making a comeback.

Don't make the ending "interesting" by requiring that the user make a choice that involves self-sacrifice of either their lives or their personal relationships. I want to have my cake and eat it too, but to be sure, do have both sorts of endings as an option. I loved dragon age but I absolutely abhorred having to let Morrigan go and the entire loophole to the dragon thing. Plus, if you make it be dependant on self-sacrifice of that sort (ie shepard must die in order to kill the reapers, shepard must give up his LI in order to have a clear mind to kill the reapers, etc) we wont be surprised.

Make role-playing as a bad person worth more than simply getting what you want. In dragon age I could trick morrigan into thinking she was safe (and thus, in a way, killing her), or I could put the blood in andrastes ashes. In Mass Effect I...say mean things, ask for more credits, intimidate people or punch a reporter. The gravitude of the bad things you can do aren't equitable to the gravity of good things you can do, which I find personally dissapointing.

Bring back more weapons.

Make the game longer than 30 hours--you did it in Dragon Age just fine and that game was fantastic, and there are enough plotlines going on that I know its possible.

1 Compatibility with Natal Project

2 That we dont have to chose between romance stories or at least a threesome)))

3 Off the hook story did great so far)))

4 More freedome in the enviroment (e.g more object wich can be destroyed during action)

5 More conversations with team mates (stories, jokes etc.) and more loyalty missions

6 New weapons and armour but not like in ME1 where your backpack is unlimited its nice in ME2

7 Good idea on scanning planets but gets annoying after a while maybe improve on that

1 - Liara return. (for me : THE weak point in ME 2 even if redemption may give more informations about that)

2 - Romance conclusion. (depending on loyalty, treason...)

3 - more quests with the same quality ;).

4 - For the other things : I can't find the words to say how much I'm impressed.

Gameplay and story : *-* AWESOME.

Shep + Shiala + Aria lovetriangle. I mean, Shep with 2 former Asari Commandos, what's not to love about the idea?

Oh, and Shiala better stay green while Aria better keep her facial tattoos too!

More homeworlds, especially Asari (Illium doesn't count), Turian, Salarian, and Human.

Return of the Rachni.

Geth/Quarian confict coming to a head.

Vehicular combat.

More side quest minor characters like Chorban, Emily Wong, Dr. Chloe Michel, and the guy who wanted more than his limit of stims (did he ever seal the deal?)

1) More interaction with the charecters plus more intence missions that relates for them.

2) Space battles or missions that sets in vaccum space like ships or space stations. (I'm guessing this would suit ME3 since there going to have to be a large fleet engagments)

3) More armor sets since ME2 had very few bits when not include the DLC ones for not just for Shepeard but for his crew as well.

4) Make Normandy much bigger to explore plus more side quests involveing the ship. Ex: Repelying boarding party, solving murdered crew memeber mystry, improving the ship, etc.

5) See the rest of the speices homeworlds.

6) NO MORE SCANING FOR Resourses on planets or make it less.  Come one Bioware it was really annoying that most of the planets looked very nice but cannot be landed and it was frustrating on constantly scaning each planet for resourses.

1) meet other specters i meen were are they in me2 and in me1 their were only 3 including you

2) see quarians not in armor and volus too

3) giant war battles likehelping quarians take back home world or something

4)  I see a lot of people asking for invintory if there is away i would say give them a choice of me1 system or me2 system

5) a same time release on xbox and pc that is a mmo letting u choose a species, a class, and a position(marines ,navy, etc).  kinda like biowares new installment to the kotor series.  Not eliminating shepards single player story but giving a seperate perspective. A giant online community would fight the reapers.  Of corse things would need to b added to keep the true mass effect alive like only 1 in 100 people who want to play as a krogan could,Quarians species being very protective not trying to get an infection.  In this installment to the mass effect universe u would join a crew of other real players on a players ship. The player would be assigned to a ship and the highest ranking officer would get mishions a decide how to do them.  Also i believe to keep the awsome rpg that is mass effect alive there would b no written speech players would talk using the same system that is used ME1 and ME2 were they choose what they want their characters to say and they say it.  This is because players talking online together seem to ruin the roleplaying experience to me.

I see a lot of very very good suggestions for ME3 B)

But i do miss something.
It's not Bioware's fault, but more the way these types of games work.

You go around finding squadmembers, hero's, adventurers and after a while, you have a nice group of 6-10 people all couzy around the campfire or in the messhall.
And then you go out to fight of some ridiculously monstrous horde of super monsters... and you get to pick 2 or 3 fellow.. travelers <_<

What the heck are the others doing while you are getting slaughtert
There was more than enough room in the shuttle for the entire team, let's all go out and save the universe :P

Ok that was more of a personal gripe, but i remember playing Spellforce 1 and 2 in wich you also collected teammembers (hero's), but they were always there, no picking 2 or 3 to follow you, heck you even got guest team members that follow you for a few missions then head off again.
I know, different type of game, but it would be awesome if you could take your entire selection of followers into a major conflict, and i don't mean just the ending or splitting up kind of thing.

So, Wishlist :P

1. Ability to choose the number of squadmates to take on a mission with you from 0 to all, the more you take with you the higher the difficulty level of that mission.

2. Guest characters that join you for a couple of missions and then leave again, these could be former teammates or aquintences.

3. Like mentioned, the game needs te be bigger, lots bigger, lots and lots bigger, lots and lots and lots bigger, to paraphrase Douglas Adams, the game needs to be Mindbogglingly big,
Longer main story, more subquests related to main story, more subquest unrelated to the story.

The idea i had was also using the messageboard system like in DA:O, C-sec message board, Go bounty hunting, get cash, grab loot, that kind of stuff.

4. Bigger more active universe, you only hear about other ships, the ones you find are either derelicts, crashing, or enemies, only at the Citadel do you actually see other active ships, and those are only warships.

5. More open career, Grab Jack, hoist the jolly rogers en really go Renegade, Yarrrr.
(or respond to every distress call and have Dr. Chakwas check everyone who hit their head on a bulkhead (boooring))

6. The ability that no matter what class you are you can train for every weapon or armor.

6a. Basicly bring back the ME1 skillpoint system, or better yet, use the DA:O inventory, armor, weapon, skillpoint system, that works just great.

7. It might take a lot of time to implement but the choice of either manually flying the Normandy or autojoker on aprouches to spacestations, planets, Mass Effect Relays, in battle.

I don't know what the storyline's gonna be, but if Shep is welcomed back by the Alliance, he'd loose the Normandy SR2, as it's owned by Cerberus.
So:

8. A new and improved Normandy SR3 (and this time make sure it says Normandy 3 on the side :P ), The SR1 and SR2 where Frigate class ships, time this Specter is getting some respect and give him a dang Cruiser class, whit a couple of nice main cannons on turrets, AA batteries, missle launchers and Fighterbays ^_^
(just make sure Joker downloads EDI before we leave Cerberus ;) )

I think that's it :D

My wish list is thus.

As much if not more over all character development than ME2
Sheperd character defelopment
Shepard's background comes into play.
Much more RPG elements.
Keep ME2 combat, tweak a few things to make it smoother.
Main mssions more in the style of ME1.
Lots more side missions that have depth, variety and dialogue.
Various endings, from happy, happy, joy, joy to complete destruction of the universe.

Yes, I am ready for the 6 DVD disc ME3!!!! :wizard:
