I'm sure this question has been asked a thousand times already but hey, that's no reason not to ask it again!
What is, across all DLC and 1, 2 and 3, is your most favourite moment ever out of the entire series (not including comics or spin-off games)?
For me it was a rather insignificant moment when compared to all the others in the series. But it was the moment when I was like, "Hell yeah, this game is awesome!" Because of that one moment, I became a fan of the series ever since. I'm sure that it wasn't really just that moment but rather collectively everything up until that point, but it was definitely the clincher.
The moment for me is when you've just finished the second mission (Feros & Noveria) after having disconnected from the Council a couple of times already and Joker calls them up for you after the debriefing. The Asari Councilor says, "Commander. Is this some kind of game? Are you calling in a report just so that you can cut us off again?" Shepard then replies, "You know it!" Joker then says, "That never gets old, does it."
That still cracks me up.

The kiss in Lair of the Shadow Broker.
No question.
Not just my favorite moment in all of Mass Effect, or all video games, but in all of fiction.

God, this is hard. There are a lot of different types of favorites across the trilogy...
But... probably the moment that felt the best was the scene when Shepard walks through the Normandy after the No One Left Behind Suicide Mission. Looking into the eyes of these people I had come to deeply care about, after going through Hell and back... There just isn't words for it.

^^That's OK cos it didn't happen. I think @Yestare7 means something from MEHEM.
To answer the OP :
It's a really tough question. I think I have to go with making peace on Rannoch. The conversation with Tali after that was awesome. Or curing the Genophage. Or surviving the suicide mission with everyone.
AAAH! too much to just pick one.

Most of the interactions with Tali during her loyality mission. She as a character and this mission are the only instances throughout the trilogy, during which my canon Shepard is not an ass when being approached on a personal level.
I have a teenage sister of whom I am very overprotective, Tali just reminds me of her so much.

Liara's romance scene in ME3.

Really not a fair question; kinda of like asking "which child do you love more?" But one moment I have always been wowed by is when Shepard is in the comm room after Thessia and the asari councilor is awaiting results of the mission. It is the first time ever in the whole series where Shepard is flat-out owned and his/her body language shouts this.
By the way, the council disconnect thing does come up in a conversation between Joker and Liara during Mass Effect 3. Laughed out loud when I first heard it.
@ Baelrhan, that's another favorite. I still well up a little when Tail comes across her father on the Alerai and if I am paying attention, I always hug her.

When Kaidan asked if I was flirting with him in the hospital, and I realized they finally made him a s/s option. (My canon Shep had to go unromanced in two games to make it happen.)
When I replay the entire trilogy on PC I'll be using that trick that lets you romance him in ME1 - all the scenes and dialogue for it are in ME2 and ME3.

Easily. LotSB wasn't perfect, but it was brilliant where it mattered most.

Destroying the Reapers or Miranda's Citadel date.

Definitely Miranda's date on the Citadel.

Seeing Miranda have a few tears after talking with her sister for the first time in ME2. I'd also say the intimate moment Miranda and Shepard have on the Citadel in Shepard's apartment.
The Suicide Mission also works as a prolonged "moment".

Like ThinkSharp this is a hard choice for me. I can only pick one?
Hmm...I guess my single most favorite moment would be Shepard emerging from the wreckage of Sovereign in Mass Effect 1. I went into the game completely unspoiled, and thought Shepard was dead just a moment before. Seeing him emerge from the rubble with that smug grin on his face was probably the most epic moment of the series for me.
Also that music...
My runner up would probably be Liara's Name in the Stars scene.
Good pick.
