Disruptor Rounds are useless! Or Not?

I like to use them on Sniper Rifles on Platinum. Phasics decrease damage to Armor and Health too much for my taste to use on Platinum, and Disruptor rounds strike a nice balance.

Put them on a Vanguard, you silly, silly man/woman/girl/boy.
Or pretty much any tech class.

I really don't think so, they just do less damage (15% max on level III) vs health and shields/barriers (shields/barriers get a better multiplier though, 10x vs 4x) than the disruptor rounds (25% on level IV), but other than that I don't recall anything else.

QME is already the one of best shield strippers in the game, even without disruptor rounds and Talon. He has only incinerate to deal with armor. And as we know nowadays, incinerate "synergizes quite well" with incendiary ammo.

Try spec'ing his nades for armor piercing. I like incendiary on him, but I actually like them on everything, and I don't have that much of them, so I'd rather use them with biotics or weapon classes. The QME is the king of TBs with disruptor, just shoot, incinerate for a TB, toss nade for a FE and if it's still alive incinerate again for another TB. It's overkill against any faction and their stun ability will save your life a lot. Arc nades stun too but they have a longer animation than your gun.Ultner wrote...
