Omega (Another Inspired by ME Creation)
But my personal fave must by Callista, ever since they added that into ME2. I liked it back in the day when I first heard it in Needs for Speed. I imagine it's owned by EA, or they have the license to use it.
Callista (Club Afterlife) - Labushok Remix
There are multiple remixes of this amazing song, even a 9 minute version. Between the soundtracks of Mass Effect and Deus Ex, that rush of cyberpunk nostalgia came rushing back!

Trés bien indeed. Actually like that rendition in the first link a good deal better than what's in-game.
