Haha dude Rockstar, MS, and Sony are going to steal the show with new IP's and hardware featuring.

I actually wouldn't be surprised if Ubisoft "won" the show like last year, with Splinter Cell Blacklist, Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag, and Watch Dogs.

Black Flag looks awful, Blacklist looks awful, and Watch Dogs looks like a pointless AC clone.

Agreee, though that won't stop the press praising them as a "step towards the future".

Assassin's Creed is Ubisoft's Call of Duty. Splinter Cell used to be amazing until they decided to turn it into a ****ing action game. Watch Dogs has potential.

Watch Dogs looks like a mix of Assassin's Creed, Splinter Cell, Remember Me, Batman : Arkham..., Deus Ex, Sleeping Dogs, GTA and a lot of games. It has no identity.

I'm ready for E3: I've updated my DA:I thread on the french BSN, waiting for new infos to be released.

I think people should prepare as Bioware will reveal something special next month to try and make up for the DA2 disappointment and it may surprise people.

Says you. I think Black Flag looks absolutely amazing. Blacklist looks worse than most Splinter Cells, but it's a Splinter Cell game which makes it better than most games. I can accept that Watch Dogs looks a lot like AC...but I've always wanted a fairly realistic present-day game. Assuming it isn't purely scripted, it should be amazing as well.

Ubisoft is determined to release a new AC game every year. They are very dedicated to strip mining that the AC IP.

All I want to know is what console it'll be released for and when. If it's Next-gen exclusive or due for late 2014 or some shiz, I'll just buy Dark Souls 2 or CoD:Ghost.

Well I personally don't see the problem with Ubisoft developing more AC games, as long as it has a purpose and a good story to tell. And them releasing it every year isn't bad per see, since there are several development teams creating AC games which gives all of the studios plenty of time to develop the game.

The fact that they release one each year doesn't make them bad by default. I think they have good stories and relatively good characterization. With a team of writers, there's absolutely no reason why you can't have a good story from a group of people once a year.

Depends on what you're playing for, I guess. But we're digressing.

To bring that thought 'round, I was thinking just a few minutes ago how I really hope Bioware doesn't...feel the need to change things (gameplay) too much with ME4 or the spinoff or whatever--They seem to have a history (ME1-ME2, DA:O-DA ][) of changing things drastically. Sometimes it's for the better (ME), and sometimes it's for the worse (DA). I think ME is where it needs to be, gameplay-wise, and I see no reason for them to waste time changing it when they could spend more time on story, characters, and world.

I love playing the AC games. Of course they didn't quite draw me in like DA did/does, but always worth it. Which means with the right Team it is possible to develop a hell of a big game within a year or so. DA:I has been in development for 2+ years... I have no doubt it will be cool... not saying that it's gonna be DA:O cool (PLEASE this is not a discussion starter for THAT again)... but plain cool.

I think AC:3 was a dissapointment from a story perspective and the combat nor the mechanics weren't anything special. And now already a new AC o.0?I'm tired of these cheesy stories and bad characters. This is all just MY SUBJECTIVE OPINION OFC.I loved AC1,AC2 and Brotherhood,Revelations was OK.

We'll we're going so out of topic, back to more relevant topics, yay DA3 E3,finally,wohooo.CGI is fine but personally I want information, gameplay, screens, learn about the story...

Yeah the cgi reveal of DA2 made us expect too much and got less than half of what was promised and spells and features removed. It was a decent game, but not the one promised. I hope for a 10 min minimum presentation of bioware showing nothing but gameplay. Hoping for amazing graphics on all the character models, better lighting, open environments, tons of npcs, missions, things dynamically happening, and new elements intro into the combat that make it even better than the combat in DA2 legacy dlc. Hoping for some Co-op and MP as well, but really well thought out and fun. As long as they tell there story like DAO's direction and not DA2's time skip, but your not aware of the skip-style, they will do amazing.

You aren't going to get that at E3. It is going to be a CGI trailer. Maybe more at the booth.

Hype, platforms/consoles and a vague release date are all we are going to get on the 10th. With an extra helping of hype.

Part of the reason I reailed in the Twitter thread that an E3 reveal would be extremely silly. They would have been better off with a PAX East reveal. We'll have to settle for one of the other cons this summer for a presentation on actual details of the game.

Well, I'd still say what I DESIRED from the Big Reveal that was supposed to show not tell still remains the same. But I've known all along that if this was set to go down at E3, it was going to only be a CG trailer, or, "at best" actual gameplay footage of someone staring at how super shiny the water effects are with FB3.

I don't know, I think a gameplay demo is looking increasingly likely.

We'll see. I'll keep my hopes quite firmly on the ground and assume nothing about the underlying systems/mechanics is going to be discussed at all. At best, I'll be surprised. At worst, I'll just be right.
