I don't wish to add to the OPs pain... I'm just befuddled why a long time BSNer:

1: expects PUGs to not be horrible

And

2: Doesn't have a thriving list of friends to play with in the first place regardless of platform.

This is BSN, its main purpose is to find players to game with and provide information about the game. CG shouldn't have to PUG in the first place.

I'm weirdly fascinated, despite the fact that I'm frustrated by having no idea what's going on.

i just prefer the unknown. Nothing I can do about that. if i already know how my teammates play, where they'll go, what they'll do, there just isn't any reason I couldn't simply not play and "know" how the game was going to turn out. I might as well not bother.

I also have social disabilities (obviously) so i just can't sustain conctact with anybody for very long. sucks to be me, especially with people like slimjim around to add to it and gain entertainment from it. ( yeah, i know it's my fault, but none of you are going to have to live with it, so since you asked  i might as well tell you.)

I have simply decided to stop tolerting pugs. Of course I know how pugs are going to be, but i have had my fill.

and that is all.

What Mega said. OP have you tried getting together with other BSN'ers? A post asking for people to game with could save you some frustration.

i've been in the legion effect for the majority of it's existence.

If you do indeed have social disabilities then I apologize. It isn't funny for me to mess around with someone that didn't understand that it was mostly joking. 

(I was only really serious about playing with friends. Ask them to do something they aren't used to such as kits, placement, etc)

and I apologize for my faults torward you as well. I will try to be more understanding and not resort to what i did in the future. i hope i see where you are coming from with this. i willl be clearer in the future.

Then take advantage of them. BSN is loaded with kind, caring souls... who would totally not care about any disability anyone has. There have been many examples of this in the past (MAOI comes to mind right away). 

However... if all you do is subject yourself to PUGs... then you are a glutton for punishment and you got what you had coming to ya. There are many ways to spice the game up besides PUGs... like challenges or themed games.

i see. i have noticed people speaking of games in which they assigned random builds to random people. and I already do a lot of role-playing.  now if retaliation could be fixed, (conveniently decided to come back right after i posted a remedy for it) I might want to play this game. thank you for your help.
