So I bought the PC version of Dragon Age and I realize this is probably answered several times, but I was curious if I redeem a PC version of the Blood Dragon armor if it will be redeemable in the XBox 360 version of Mass Effect 2, or if it will only be redeemable for the PC. Anyone know for a fact?

I'm almost positive that you'll be fine doing that as its linked to your EA account and not whether or not its on the same platform.

I know you can't do that for sure, but I don't have a specific developer quote

My friend bought DAO for the PS3, and for the XBOX and he tried doing that and he wasn't able to

It seems likely that it will be tied to your EA account, like in DAO. So it will probably be available on both platforms.

Cool deal, that's what I was assuming but I wasn't really sure. Thanks for the input.

On the left go to "Profile -> Your registered game promotions"

I am pretty sure it is platform specific because if it wasn't why would they bother to section off that page by system if it wasn't?

Its a cross platform DLC. You will be able to download the BDA to your 360 if you got DAO for the PC.

It would be interesting to find out, hope it isn't this way but what can you do.

To clarify my comment above, you're able to use the DLC code you got with your PC version on your XBOX version, but based on my friend's experience, you cannot redeem both codes on both consoles

After rereading, I think we've all missed the original question. He purchased the PC version of DAO. All he's asking is if he can use that code with the Xbox version of ME2. He is not looking to use the code twice.

More than likely Mass Effect 2 will require you to login to your EA account so you can use the dragon armor and all the others. If thats the case, then all preorders and stuff like that is cross platform

So if I ordered my XBOX 360 version via amazon and my PC version via gamestop I get inferno and terminus for both platforms?

Starmarine,No.BDA is a special case into itself. If I had to make a guess it will be avaliable to all systems for your account. The *code* should already be inputted to your bioware social account. There are already several cross-platform dlc's.ME2 pre-order codes will only work on whichever system you input them first for. They are one shot codes.

Your DA:O BDA is platform. As it should be.We havent seen the ME2 BDA yet. They were fast and loose with the explanation so...anything is possibble at this point.

Apperently the dragon armor is unlockable by accessing your EA account and I heard from bioware officials themselves (err read anway) that the dragon armor is cross platform...
But how exactly are you going to log into your EA/Bioware account when your on an Xbox? Your Xbox live gamertag doesnt have anything to do with your EA/Bioware account... right? This all confusing me...
