I think its 6+3 for the gear that gives you more missiles, the speedrun videos had 9 each too.CHRrOME wrote...
So now the devs don't support MP anymore. Is it right or "legit" to do this kind of stuff?
@OP I've noticed in the video you have 9 missiles in that round. Colasced stuff I guess?

You vastly overestimate the amount modding that can be done. There likely will never be 'additional patches, dlc, etc'. Nobody has Unreal Engine Dev tools, and there's very little understanding of ME3's tweaks.oO Stryfe Oo wrote...
All I got out of this is that the modding community I dreamed of has begun. That one guy is taking the game in the right step. I'm keeping watch on him (her?) and his (her?) mod blog. If they talk about adding original characters, adjusting balance, or a community patch, I'm so in.
These are nothing more than simple coalesced edits.

For now. I'm sure someone will get creative with those simple edits. I'm just happy a modding community is starting, and am anxious to see how BW responds. Will they embrace it? Will they put their foot down? Or will they ignore it until something big happens?

This is all I found on YT but I think that it's fan made map.
I probably won't download the chakram and maps because of bugs...

Btw is created by bioware edmonton QA Tester employee Sonny Nguyen as well as tested with other bioware crew just look credits at the end of the video.
I have even more questions now why they don't release this stuff.

There's been a modding community for over a year now. Nobody posts about it on BSN since mod discussion on Origin forums is not allowed. I've talked to femshep/ they're pretty much maxxed out at what they can edit via coalesceds, and me3explorer tools aren't good enough to make maps. Its all reverse engineering.oO Stryfe Oo wrote...

- you can unpack .pcc files (cause they veryfied as UE-packages) where all the stuff including maps are
- but you can't repack them back

Is there any way to get an Unreal engine editor from a different game working for ME3?
Yup. Any copy of UT3 comes with the Unreal Engine 3 editor. I have no f*cking idea what I'm doing with ME3 maps, would need to see some of the actual map files and work out what they used for making them.
EDIT: just did a quick check, the player generated maps for UT are all .upk, I'm trying to find out if Bioware actually used the UE3 editor for the maps or not.
But serisously, why would they go and make an entire map, textures; spawns, objectives and never release it?

I tried to load map .pcc-files (which extracted from DLC Default.sfar-file) in UE3 but it crashed.
But maps are totally made with UE3, just check first seconds of Firebase Echo map video.
As again i say the issue is that we can unpack .pcc (software recognize them as UE3 packages) but can't repack it back.

Apparently nobody here knows about ME3Explorer.
I know, but is there's a function to repack files back into edited/newly created .pcc?
Say me please, if i don't know or understand something
