It's cause the audio he has on it is copyrighted and youtube flagged it for infringement.

Polonium ammo looks very interesing, can someone know how this ammo works? This is ammo for organic enemies like in ME1?

I will not edit the OP, so here's OP #2.

Chakram launcher mechanics by corlist
- Does 75% damage on impact.
- Does 25% damage in an area when it explodes.
- Charge multiplier is 3x. Strictly 1x or 3x. No continuously increasing variable charge.
- Takes about 1.3s to charge.
- Applies 100% ammo damage only on impact. No ammo damage or ammo effects are applied on AoE. Charging increases ammo damage.
- Can't score headshots.
- Projectile weapon

I'm have the build with Polonium Rounds and with some tests yesterday i see the reason why bioware decide not to inclide them. If somebody remember they said it because oа DoT-stacking bug (like incendiary ammo).
I have tested it on Drell Infiltrator 6/0/6/6/6 (Sniper Rifle Amp 3, Sniper Rifle Amp 5, Polonium Rounds 3) with Javelin (HVB + Piercing Mod).
DoT stacking happens when you score a second shot while the DoT of first shot is still ticking it's 10s.
I were able to 3 shot Geth Prime on Platinum (cloaked shot-uncloacked-cloacked).
After the third shot there remains 4 bars of armor which DoT finished. (the other one Prime with 5 armor bars survived with 1 bar after same 3 shots + DoT)
By itself, without staking is not seems much usefull.
Still will do more tests with other weapon set-ups.

I don't know, by it stats it's very similar to pre-nerfed Falcon which is decent.

Sorry, as said above it's cause of music used and copyright issues.
I can't turn it to be aviable on mobile cause there's even didn't let me turn it on.

Saddest bit for me is reading that all the Level designers are/were working on SP dlc. Think about the huge volume of maps they've produced for this game and the speed at which the players breeze through them, then consider the amount of time MP maps get used. Come on get your priorities right Bioware ;-)

Yeah, they could pull what Capcom did with one of the Lost Planet maps where the map was old school in terms of the graphics. It would be awesome to have that kind of map in ME 3.

OK guys, you probably should read a bit more about ME3Explorer. I know it's been mentioned before but I think it's better if everyone gets the same level of info. Its FB page is here. This is where the latest news are published.

Currently, it definitely is possible to edit levels (i.e. maps) using ME3Explorer. The downside is changes are kinda tricky to make and only few things are supported. But yeah, it can unpack PCC files and repack them and even have the game recognize them. Creating a whole map from scratch looks very tedious and hard work and the users will probably risk the ban hammer for this but as it's been said previously, not sure BW cares much about the hackers/cheaters now.

Also, about balancing guns and stuff, Annomander you said your changes were overwritten by the values downloaded from the servers. Maybe it's possible to use (or extend) peddroelmz or corlist's tools to actually patch the values directly into memory (just like game trainers work) ? Just a thought.

Extremely difficult and impractical, as you'd need a calculator to work out your weapon damage each and every time you enter the game.

All values for powers, weapons and enemies are still overwritten by the server download. However, there are numerous ways around this, though admittedly in many cases none present an ideal solution.

For instance, changing the brophoon's ramp up back to 2.0x is impossible, but buffing it's base damage to 74, which with a 1.5x ramp up gives the exact same ramped up damage of 111 that the original brophoon had is the work around.

Headshot multipliers can also be added directly by simply inputting the string into the P02 files.

+25% WD can be added to the AR + SMG HVBs simply by copying and pasting the correct string into the reckoning weapon coalesced... Tested and verified to be working correctly using peddro/ corlist / cyonan / Tyhw's MH program and reading the damage values straight from the enemy's health value.

Probably capacity nerf, but then we need to fix all grenade poor map (Condor/Giant/Glacier/etc).
As well as ammo restore rate on Hazard Dagger.

Nerf Reegar? The way you want to do it means that you also nerf health damage. It's an "electrical-flame thrower", it should be good against health.
