I will not edit the OP, so here's OP #2.Chakram launcher mechanics by
corlist- Does 75% damage on impact.
- Does 25% damage in an area when it explodes.
- Charge multiplier is 3x. Strictly 1x or 3x. No continuously increasing variable charge.
- Takes about 1.3s to charge.
- Applies 100% ammo damage only on impact. No ammo damage or ammo effects are applied on AoE. Charging increases ammo damage.
- Can't score headshots.
- Projectile weapon

I'm have the build with Polonium Rounds and with some tests yesterday i see the reason why bioware decide not to inclide them. If somebody remember they said it because oа DoT-stacking bug (like incendiary ammo).
I have tested it on Drell Infiltrator 6/0/6/6/6 (Sniper Rifle Amp 3, Sniper Rifle Amp 5, Polonium Rounds 3) with Javelin (HVB + Piercing Mod).
DoT stacking happens when you score a second shot while the DoT of first shot is still ticking it's 10s.
I were able to 3 shot Geth Prime on Platinum (cloaked shot-uncloacked-cloacked).
After the third shot there remains 4 bars of armor which DoT finished. (the other one Prime with 5 armor bars survived with 1 bar after same 3 shots + DoT)
By itself, without staking is not seems much usefull.
Still will do more tests with other weapon set-ups.
