Lorik Qui'in. Let's uncover some mysteries on Noveria, mk? Something about dark energy, maybe Gianna Parasini can be involved too. Corporate intrigue, something stealthy, one good looking older turian as a protagonist. I'd play that.

Or maybe the adventures of a certain Spectre named Nihlus cause we could have done with knowing more about him. Why does he move faster on his own?

Maybe Legion to answer questions about the Geth and maybe a few about the Quarians.

Jacob. Stop groaning and let me explain. He's the only crew member that winds up with something to lose. There is an opportunity for character development if there ever was one. Imagine what kind of person he'd become if he loses his wife and child to whatever antagonists tears its ugly head in this hypothetical spin off.

He's got an N7 rated skill set, thanks to Cerberus he knows just about every dirty trick in the book, thanks to Shepard he has contacts with some of the most powerful and influential people in the galaxy, and he has a lot of very smart people that genuinely owe him there lives.

Samara and Grunt get an honorable mentions. Samara could find a reason to quest to reestablish her order or reform it entirely with different code. Grunt could...well be Grunt and find big things to shoot.

Also...Refund.Guy. aka the real savior of the galaxy.

I'd prefer a character who's mentioned but never seen, just so we can still have dialog options without ruining the character's personality. I think a game starring Armistan Banes or Mr. Thax could be interesting. Especially Mr. Thax, since he has a big reputation on Illim but is never seen.

That polite krogan could be a squadmate.

The Armistan Banes plot was abandoned early, unfortunately. I've read that Dr. Michel (if you bring her on board,. instead of Chakwas) found out that Armistan Banes was a Cerberus agent and that´s why he was killed. My guess is that the blackmailing story was cut short and we never got a real explanation.

They all deserve to not have a spin off. Being selected will be like having the finger of doom pointed at them. Many fans will insult the character and there will be more fights on here than there was in the whole Mass Effect galaxy. I like all of the characters, but i wouldn't want a spin off for any of them. They don't deserve the 'we know what happens anyway' treatment that will blight the game. The DLC was really pushing it...but a full game ? the gaming customer and the characters deserve better.

Give them all some nice spin-offs.
But keep it interesting. Do not forget to nerf Shepard's friends in comparison to Shepard, Randall, and the stars of ME3MP. If I'm playing as Garrus on Omega, I want to play with Garrus' level of badass, not Shepard's. Stealth, ambushes, outnumbering my foes, that kind of thing. You know, how Garrus probably really did it.

My picks would be...

Garrus in a scifi cop game;
Miranda as a secret Cerberus agent;
Kasumi in a thief's story; or
Jack in a rebel/pirate/vigilante tale.

I also wouldn't mind playing one of their stories as a spinoff post-Reaper. They could pick an ending of a hat, since the character's story would be the main event, as long as I get to play more of Garrus, Miri, Kasumi, or Jack.

I'd say give them all spinoffs - however do not use any of them as the main protagonist for ME4. I want a fully customizable character for ME4

None. Just leave it alone and make something new already. Without those Shepard's, Garrus'es and Tali's thay already have ennough attention.

Now I can't get the idea of a general "Mass Effect: Noveria" game out of my head. Hmmmm.

Mordin and Kirrahe's STG days duh.

I wanted to say Garrus, one of my favourite characters, always my Femsheps LI but I feel like a Garrus centric videogame would be a tad boring.

Kasumi Is my next favourite contender, they could make a really fun little stealth game.

There are so many more side-characters that I'd rather have spin-offs than main characters though.

Strangely enough I think I'd love a game where you can just choose a race and play through that characters everyday life and that in and of Itself would be Interesting to me in the Mass Effect universe. Sort of like sims but less depressing when you realise you're just playing a virtual simulation of real-life.
Bioware Space-sims do it, you're part of EA you can do it!

(fyi I don't know whether i'm serious or not because sims is terrible)

Legion - playing the entire game in hunter mode would be pretty funny...

Honestly, they could pull off a spinoff of any squadmates from the trilogy, though certain ones would work better than others. More complex and dynamic characters would work better than flat characters such as Grunt. I know Garrus has been thrown around a lot as a potential spinoff lead. My personal favorites to carry their own games would probably be Miranda, Thane, Mordin, or Jack. If they were to do spinoffs, though, they'd have to be shooters. It's tough to get into an RPG where you "assume direct control" of an already well-established character. I'm not a big fan of the spinoff idea, but if done properly it COULD work..
