No one. Because no one can even come close/compare to Sheppy. Too much emotional investment. Just get a sequel out with a brand new motley crew and that's that.
Which Mass Effect character deserves a spinoff game the most?

Garrus or Javik

I am not really for spin-offs and such, but a spin-off for Javik and his later days in the Prothean-Reaper War.

I don't prefer any particular character to get a spin-off, but I'd l like events to have spin-offs, like the Geth/Quarian war, the Rachni wars, the Krogan genophage, or future events that could draw from it.

NO!
NO!
NO!
No spin-offs or sequels. Just a simple no to that idea. Prequel is the way to go

I would rather see a game where a recognizable character makes plays a significant role in the story. It would make little sense to play as a character who already has a defined personality.

David Anderson. First N7, first human Spectre candidate, and first human to ****** off Saren. (I think).
Humanity was so raw back then and I would love to see the original N7 operate back in those early days. Fighting Turians and Batarians.
That had to be fun times.

I'm totally biased, but I think playing the VS during the two years after the Normandy SR-1 crashed, and during the events of ME2, would be pretty neat.

This thread should be re-named "Who's your favorite character?"
Anyways, Legion.

Grunt. He is the youngest and his story is just beginning. The rest of the crew have done enough to reach a good ending to their stories.

I wouldn't like a spinoff, a whoel new story would be better, but for the sake of being on topic i'd like to see a spinoff of Conrad Verner, he's the man, he's the next Shepard

Just to provide an example, a game set in the Prothean cycle would feature Javik as a major character and perhaps even a squadmate.

I think Kasumi and Garrus could be the most interesting as far as spin-offs go. Thane could be a good one too.

Wrex. He's one of the series' universally loved characters, in all three games, instantly recognisable and with nearly a century of experience prior to the main games. Throw in some more melee focused gameplay and it'd be awesome.
Jack and Mordin would be strong enough to lead their own games too. Maybe Thane.
